Hampton Inn Belton/Kansas City area

It was filthy dirty run down stunk bad with cigarettes mold was in our room and we only stayed there one night and checked out and went to a Marriott don't recommend this to anybody

Dirty. Room was stinky, couch looked like somebody pooped on it and not cleaned.

Everything I saw around the hotel, (rooms, lobby, hallways) was clean.

Bed very uncomfortable, sagging in middle, fitted sheet too small and wouldn?t stay on, no hand soap, No TV reception, no snacks available, breakfast was too artificial tasted bad, not replenished or available after 7:30, floor & table were dirty/stick

My room was fine but my daughter's did not have working heat. When reported a repair was supposed to be made. Never happened!¿¿

Room was gross, for being a Hilton owned hotel it¿s was very disappointing. She told us she was giving us a better room and it was yuck. Blood stains on carpet, patched holes on wall, I checked for bed bugs, thank god didn¿t see any. Never will stay aga

i reserved a handicap accessible room that had a king size bed, and a pullout sofa.Three of the adults all have problems getting around without helo, one adult only has one leg and prosthetic leg. Room had a walk in shower, but not seat to sit on.

The staff

At this location I was charged a pet fee of 25.00 I contacted this location and was informed that it was not a security charge but a charge. I am not sure how one Hampton policy is different from another Hampton.

YES! Upon checking in the room the desk clerk assigned us had not been cleaned and made up from the previous guest! Bed was completely unmade, towels on bathroom floor trashcans were full! The second room was occupied! Third room floors were filthy!!!

Very nice property and facilities, including small pool, small but adequate fitness center and excellent breakfast each morning. Very quiet (I stayed on side away from the interstate!) Staff were all helpful and superb!! I highly recommend this hotel!!

We liked how clean and new everything was. The staff was so accommodating and helpful, and the location was perfect for our needs. The complimentary breakfast was especially good. There was such a variety, and the set up made it so quick and easy.

Loved everything except the pool. The room, staff, and breakfast were wonderful. Staff member, Randy made our breakfast experience top rate! We loved our experience.

Just wish they had a hot tub and the pool was cleaner and warmer.

It had a very good breakfast and the employee was trying very hard.

We were charged more than our confirmation and when we questioned why, they didn¿t know. The receipt from the hotel had no amounts at all, and the final amount was less than $9 more, but it should be what the confirmation said.

You could hear a fair amount of highway noise from our room. I wonder if the other side of the hotel would have been better. It was still a fine night stay however.

Highway noise. Staff early morning doors slamming. We were on ground floor next to service area.
