Worthington Inn

Lots of deferred maintenance. Sheetrock water damaged in bathroom near floor, shower curtain loose on wall. Tiles loose falling off in lobby to name a few. Breakfast choices were very limited.

Room was very nice, comfortable, bed and pillows great. Bathroom was nice and clean

Cleanliness of the lobby and where the breakfast was served. It was horrible. I couldn?t eat anything. It was filthy. I was afraid to eat anything.

Yes, told no rooms available below 3rd floor, was not able to get into the the 3rd floor room, then moved me to a room on the 2nd floor, apparently they did have rooms available below the 3rd floor. No elevator.

Room was clean, there were plenty of choices for breakfast. It was overall quiet.

The hallway ceilings on the first floor had signs of water damage, there was cardboard covering holes in the wall in the hallway, and they used the hallways under the stairs for storage.

Employees were very friendly & helpful. Location was great, right off interstate

I drove the parking lot and left. The area appeared very unsettling. I did not trust parking my vehicle there overnight

The owner, I paid with paypal and they wanted to charge my credit card a $100.00 for damages. This is the reason I use paypal, So I don't have to give people like this my card #.

This property a dump, and we are not that hard to please. The exterior had junk sitting around. Dirty lobby, boxes under the stairwell with misc. parts sticking out. Continental breakfast-couple cold cereals, homemade muffins; overall worst property ever

The price and the location

Granted, I arrived about 1:00 p.m. and check-in is at 2:00; however, there was no one at the reception desk. A man sitting in the lobby said, "she'll be back in 15 minute." I waited at least 20 minutes or more before the woman came back from a doc's appt

It was the worst continental breakfast I have ever had. 2 cold cereal options, a gallon of milk and a loaf of white bread. Nothing else.

the rooms and beds were OK

the carpet felt sticky. I felt empathy for the man who checked us in late at night, then we saw him cleaning rooms early in the morning. Sad that we missed breakfast by 20 minutes.

The only hotel we have stayed at that has grab bars in places besides just the shower

Accessible room was cramped. Was hard to move around in a wheelchair.

Clearly says pet friendly extremely rude women at desk said dogs only. No cars in parking lot. Good sign of bad place. Office reeked of body odor and curry

it was easy to find, right off the interstate

check in person very rude. we weren't given the code for the free wifi. very outdated furnishings. not overly clean. long black hair on counter around sink (i'm blonde and my husband and son both have very short hair). it just made you feel "dirty".

Location. Timely check-in and pleasant staff at check in.

Stained towels and pillow case. Shower and floor were dirty in areas. Towels were thin. Breakfast items were either not replenished, or not replenished in a timely way. Management was unable to resolve a customer service request and was rude.

Convenient on/off

The second floor had smoking rooms but cigarette smoke could be smelled in stairwells and common areas. Really flaired up my allergies!

Location

The room in general was disappointing even as a 1 star. The room was dirty and all out gross. The room was in need of remodeling with broken tiles, stained carpet, and worn out towels. Even as a 1 star hotel I have been to much better for the money!
