1) The room cards only worked part of the time. 2) The refrigerator in the room was so loud we couldn't sleep. 3) The front desk clerk was very rude and loud. 4) The desk clerk argued loudly with customers. 4) TV didn't work and no instructions.

Bait and switch charge tactics.When they say may charge for something that means; count on it! I booked 2 rooms and was charged an extra fee for my Minpin dog...

The owner was the rudest CS I have ever dealt with. Ended up having to call the law just to get my receipt. He yelled at me and called me names. Tried to charge me for the breakfast. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in ALL of my business
The morning breakfast! Loved the 4 individual waffle maker! Room was very clean!
Could not change the tv channel to get local news but did not ck with front desk nor read the folder so on us!!
It was convenient to Spicer, where we had a family reunion.
No luggage rack in our room. We asked at the front desk for one, and were told that some rooms had them, some did not. The breakfast was only available from 6 to 8 am. On a Saturday? Come on...
