GrandStay Hotel and Suite Waseca

Close and easy to event in Waseca.

The bathroom door and frame needs to be replaced as It is pealing and has brown spots all over the frame. The breakfast needs to have "Hard Boiled Eggs" as guests have Lactose Intolerance dietary restrictions.

Honestly, not much

Such a run down & dirty room. Bathroom ceiling falling apart, cobwebs on walls, stains & gross blobs of goo on carpet. Also had a strong odor. Security door zip-tied open. Breakfast doesn't have to be 5-star, but not much of an effort here.

Location was next to Walmart

Mold in vent system for air conditioner, paint peeling off walls, room smelt moist and musty. Bedding had black marks and the front desk resptionist was rude, our keys wernt working and she responds with ya I know none are not even offering to come fix it

Breakfast was adequate

Cleanliness, old bedding and old paint and upkeep. Nothing was updated or changed in this facility for several years paint chipping.

We arrived 1 hour early, they allowed us into our room, and we were able to use the HOT TUB. Everything worked,

This is my second time here, very convenient to stay for my kids' sporting events so I don't have to drive back and forth. Convenient location with everything you need nearby.

As usual clean quiet and definitely I'll be there any other time the best option in Waseca

The towels that we wanted changed were taken away but no new towels were returned. We did have the towels from the spa that were unused so we didn't have to call for more. The bed was very sloppily remade.

They were unstaffed . Breakfasts suck running eggs no syrup for waffles charge debt card twice still waiting on the credit for the extra charge.also pool was closed

The front desk associate was very friendly. The morning breakfast looked good. They seemed to really try to make it a welcoming place. It was okay for an overnight stop.

The hotel was dated on the inside.

The front desk clerk was very cheerful and sweet.

My room was not clean at all. It was actually really gross. There was toothpaste slime in the bathroom sink, hair in all the corners of the bathroom and the hot tub had brown chunks in it.

Location was excellent.

There was a suspicious smell in the room when we first arrived, like someone had recently used the bathroom. One bed was made when we returned, but the other one was not.

There was a open soda can in room.

Breakfast (free) is okay not great.

The breakfast was nothing special, A small variety of buns, waffles, A couple different cold cereals that is kept in a plastic container, juice & coffee.

Clean, bed was comfy with enough pillows, staff were very friendly and helpful, pool was warm enough and hot tub was clean and attended to (even tested while we were in it). Location was great with Walmart and fast food right there. Curtains were great with one pull down light filtering pri any and one blackout. I would stay again. Oh and the hall smelled good.
