They do not salt the sidewalks near the doors, i was holding my 8 month old son when i slipped on the ice and he got injured

The floors were sticky..the shower was dirty..the bed was so hard..never going there again

Friendly staff, clean, fridge, microwave, comfortable bed

Location close to the Ledge. Check-in staff was super helpful and kind.

No breakfast. Walls appeared to be thin, lot of noise transferred between rooms. The room price at $--- may have been due to the weekend concert at the ledge but clearly this is not a good value.

Cleanliness of the room and establishment. Staff went above and beyond to make sure our room was clean, safe feeling and what we expected.

Cable television Refrigerator Good water pressure for shower. Lumpy pillow.

No in room coffee nor anywhere else. Attendant foreign accent very hard to understand The smallest towels I have ever seen, not enough for one person much less two. Noisy heating cooling made tv hard to understand No guide to tv except on tv.

This was the most unclean hotel I have stayed in and the most unsafe I have felt. The floors were very dirty, bedding and towels were stained. Signs everywhere about police cooperation makes me think this is a high crime location. I would not stay here.

Very disgusting, not vacuumed , pillows looked like people just got done laying on them, dirt in every corner, dirt and pub hair all over between the sheets ¿ very gross

Where do I start? Was charged for Medical necessity Service animal not ESA. BUT WHATEVER I CAN DEAL WITH THAT. BUT WHEN I GOT TO MY ROOM IT #1 STUNK SEVERELY, FLOOR WAS DISGUSTING AND opened curtains to find a cigarette butt and told man. Nothing done

The hotel was filthy- I haven¿t ever stayed in a dirtier place. The photos on the website do not match the experience in the room or lobby

I did not like this hotel

I did not like how the hotel was filthy! The bathroom was Atrocious! The toilet was not clean nor was the bath tub. The pillows were flat and the sheets were dirty.

Staff was nonexistant, room was dirty, actual hotel name is the Astoria not Coratel

the price was to high. carpets were dirty in the hallways and stairs. ac barely worked there was long hair in the shower walls not very clean room had an order like cooking oil in the room and halls.

This hotel was disgusting they moved me three times before a room was even close to satisfactory, then the heater didn’t work and they asked if I wanted extra blankets said no heat please. I would not recommend anyone stay in this filthy disgusting hot

Was very surprised when the clerk told me that I needed to give him 50.00 cash upon check-in.He did however back down quickly when i questioned why would I need to give him cash when I gave him my credit card information.It gives wonder what it is was for

Location was decent.

Sketchy people in the parking lots and the interior was pretty gross. I would definitely avoid in the future.

Driving away

There was what looked like dried blood on the wall it smelled like a cigarette was just put out (my wife and I are non-smokers) could not breath in the room shower had mold allover had to get a reservation at a different hotel for our stay.

I've stayed there before so convenient but definitely nothing special...

Couldn't pay for room on the site and it went up $10 when I arrived....total bait and switch but I was too tired to argue and just accepted it....buyer beware.

Not o damn thing

Everything sucked.Smelled like piss all through the building,we will call the police signs every where,safety issues? dirty hallways.Do yourself a favor and burn the place down!
