The room was not clean. Bedding was soiled and I had to request new sheets which I had to change as they asked me to do it!!!! Mattress was soiled with old blood stains and mattress cover full of dark hair!!!! Bathroom towels were also soiled

No breakfast even thou promised.Tv kept going off

Convenience for the purpose of my trip.

The back entrance door was taped so that you didn't need the key card to gain access to the hallway and my room. This is a safety situation.

Air/Heat worked and quiet

Staff was rude Breakfast was undesirable(lacked choices) credit card was billed for room even though it was prepaid. When I called that night when I noted the charge the response I got was "sometimes those things happen"-Sorry No elevator

They charged my credit card for the full room rate also and said the charge would come off in 48 hours so i have to watch my statement to make sure i wasnt charged twice for the stay.

Brand new carpet throughput made it feel like a very clean place

Only issue I could see was a long black hair on shower towel displayed on the bed and so e splashed liquid on the air conditioner looked like coffee or soda. Otherwise this hotel looks to pride itself on cleaning. They have a busy season usually

That it had a few of WIFI connections that you could hook up to. It had a nice breakfast (waffles that you make in the waffle iron).

Wished there was a pool, although we ended not having time to use it if there was one. Ended up getting there late and had to leave early.

Told me of the veterans discount but wouldn't give it to me because I reserved my room on line!!

Location was good... near grocery and food. Staff were friendly and helpful

The bed is getting to be worn out.

The Breakfast room was very nice. Apprecated the refrigerator and microwave.

The beds were much too soft for us, so consequently did not get a good night's rest.

On our second morning (10/23) breakfast, which was said to start at 6:30, was not up when we left shortly after 7:00.

The location was great, and the facilities were in fair shape.

The breakfast left MUCH to be desired. It was very basic, almost poor.

Clean and Quiet. Friendly staff.

It was close to where I needed to be.

Continental breakfast consisting of juice and muffins and my rooms air conditioner didn't work on a 90+ degree day.

Courteous and professional staff who were aware of my reservations, very clean room, and quiet surroundings.

Staff was terribly rude, had friends there for constant smoke breaks and was even talking poorly about us with her friends, which was overheard by a member of our group.

Pet-friendly and smart about which room to put us in with a dog (near a door). Nearby greenspace was good for quick trip out with dog upon waking/before retiring for night. Grocery store next door very convenient. Strong A/C!

The cleanliness! It smelled clean! Not just like a "covered up" kind of smell. You could genuinely tell the place was clean!!

It was a little out of the way, but not horribly.

Very clean and well kept, beds comfortable and hotel right across from an old-fashioned A&W Drive In

Breakfast was a little skimpy on the rolls, but had cereal and toast. Truly a continental breakfast, it didn't have any hot meals.
