The bed was comfortable

I was unaware until check-in that i had to pay a $100 deposit. I'm on a budget and if I would've known that ahead of time I would not have stayed. Room key cards deactivated twice on me. Water temp was not consistent.

Clean staff ?

Loud noise out side all night. Trains semi trucks.

Yes it's dirty very dirty breakfast had hair in it. No towels in pool guest was too loud police had to come.VERY BAD!!!

Some one was pondering on are door at 3:00am I thought they were trying to rob us.

Location to where I was working.

During a 5 day stay my room was never cleaned. Even after speaking to the front desk on day 3. Couldn¿t shut the door in the bathroom because it hit the toilet. The electronic lock on the door didn¿t lock my door. Noticed on the 4th night.

Location was great, staff was polite and attentive. The pool was nice.

Not a fan of there not being an elevator with bags and a toddler it¿s hard to get to the 3rd floor with only stairs.

That the pool was warm

Coffee hot water was not working. Temp of spa tub was same as pool.

All staff were very Friendly. Breakfast not expansive but was very adequate.

Smell in lobby and hallways when I returned at night. Didn¿t notice when I checked in. Hallways could have been better lit. No elevator to third floor.

Location was great and manager was really nice. Waffles for breakfast were good. Loved the shower!

Tried to contact during the day and was on hold 7 minutes and then got hung up on.

The staff are wonderful. Always going the extra mile to make our stay great. I was on kemo and my husband had to leave for a few hours the staff even checked on me and brought me ice water. AMAZING people that care.

room was on second floor so I told staff that we prefer on main floor. Staff check and change to main floor so really appreciate this so much

Excellent Staff. Very Clean.

No Elevator.

Location was scary, they rent by the week, people live out of it, parking lot is small and horrible for space had to park on the street behind hotel, takes more than just shining the doors up and some new carpet in some areas, too expensive for brand.

No elevator for the rating of this hotel. Hallways too narrow.Too noisy day and night. Cleanliness and maintenance should be better for the rating of this hotel, otherwise one star should be the best rating for this hotel.

The location was great and the price was very reasonable.

There were some very noisy guests in other rooms near us.

easy access from interstate, mostly friendly staff, beautiful landscaping (flowers)

The rooms were nice, hallways needed carpet upgrade somewhat, we were on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator.

I didn¿t like that place at all!

The room had an air conditioner that barely worked and when I asked to change rooms I found the other room with the exact same problem and believe they are just trying to save money on their electric bill making sure the medium and high settings won¿t wor

Clerk on Friday was ok.

No hot water. They offered nothing in response to this complaint. I paid for two beds but only got one. They fixed that.

The price.

There was no breakfast, the shower was hard to operate and it needs a makeover.
