There was a partial cracker in the middle of the room when we arrived. If the room had been vacuumed it was only in the open spaces. There was dust and lint under the desk area. Their was an envelope left to tip the maid which we did not use!

Breakfast was amazing

The beds were super small

Food serving room is great . Loved the ease of getting your food and then go to the very welcoming dining area. Christmas decorations in the lobby is warm and home like feel.

Well we did find some dead bugs in our room spider webs near the ceiling on the walls.Bathroom vent not working.

Friendly and accommodation upgraded due to inconvenience.

The room, one bed had a black hand print on the sheets when I pulled the covers back. Had stains on the coverlet. When I went to the front desk they said there were no extra rooms to switch us too. I asked if someone could change the bedding and she said no but she would get us clean sheets to do it.They said on the website the beds were pillow top there was no pillow top. They were hard as rocks.The bathroom looked as if the counter hadn't been swept under in years. Not to mention the light fixture was vary bipolar a part of ot would come one and go off as if it were signaling in morris code for help.

The Lodge is beautifully decorated, the coffee bar is exceptional, the staff, esp the red haired gal, was extremely helpful

Only one thing kept me from an exceptional rating and it was a funky smell in the room. Kind of like pepper and maybe mold, I can’t pin point it. I used room freshener to mask it.

The motel rooms could use a refreshing. The lobby had great northern decor, very well done.

This is such a cute welcoming Lodge! We absolutely loved the decor, free cookies, coffee bar and breakfast and dining area were great! It has a sauna (we didn’t use) but did relax in the hot tub and watched a movie. Very relaxing. The location and convenience was amazing. There’s a bank (atm for places that are cash only was very handy) Walmart across the street as well as a gas station. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again if get back up this way!

It may be just my body, but the beds were not very comfy. The room was clean, but found previous guests beverages and food in fridge.

Great choices. Liked the cookies at desk area too.
