Yes. The hotel bed was the worst I’ve ever seen and they know and they’re changing it in a couple days. Staff was not available. Sign on desk often.

Room was spacious

It was dirty, door didn't lock, empty shampoo bottles, hair all over towels, blood on pillow

The location is great. We were able to walk a short distance to the bars downtown Red Wing and it was close to the Cannon Falls bike trail. Quiet hotel even though there were plenty of other guests.

The bathrooms could use a little updating, but, not a huge deal. They were clean.

contacting the front desk numerous times regarding a group of individuals on third floor, had music so loud. It could be her down to the second floor. They are running up and down the halls and they were singing and screaming. this went on until 2 AM.

Close to treasure island casino as we were going to a concert there. Also had a shuttle service that ran back and forth from the hotel to the casino which was nice, but was more expensive than an Uber/Lyft would be.

Make sure you try to book directly through the hotel and not from a third-party because it can be overbooked.

Availability on holiday weekend

We had a major mixup at check in. We found a flea on the bed!! Alive and jumping. We don't own a pet!!

It was clean. So clean. Modern. Staff was nice and helpful. The bed was sooo comfortable. Breakfast was great. We were so pleased with our stay.

Staff was friendly although one had a bit of a potty mouth, room was clean at check in, breakfast was good when I was able to go.

Booked 4 weeks & asked for stayover service twice a week & didn't get it once. When asked they said put the towels in the hall next to my door & bring my garbage to a bigger trash can out front. Had to go to the front desk & get towels. Can hear thru wall

Location. Shops and eateries within walking distance. New motel with clean, high ceiling rooms with king size beds. Large walk in showers with J. R. Watkins body products. Hot breakfast (when available). Dog friendly.

No hot breakfast second morning. Oatmeal cups, packaged muffins. Outside grounds and garbage receptacles lacking attention.

The water did not work in our room at certain times,..when I brought this up to hotel staff, their explanation was “this happens when too many people are showering at the same time” 🤦🏻‍♀️ A hotel should be able to accommodate for that!’
