Before I arrived there

Everything i'm a young lady traveling by myself. There's a man that comes up to the front a hair out of the place. Looks like he just woke up. Ask me to check me in as I'm walking down the hallways. I felt sick, my door lock was broken into, I fellt unsaf

Price was reasonable. continental breakfast included.

It had a smell like pets or similar. Noisy fridge.

NOTHING, didnt even stay.

The damn pool was empty. getting to be a problem at a lot of hotels. advertise pools and hot tubs, but when you get there always closed.

Four pillows on the queen size bed. All four were different firmness's. What a novel idea!

Continental breakfast was a bare minimum spread. Better than nothing I suppose.

Bed

No heat, dirty fridge, microwave, bathtub. No extra blankets or towels. Not once did we see a human during our stay there. Pool closed permanently.

The close proximity to downtown Redwing

One of the mirrors was clearly a two way mirror that we covered with a sheet, the TV didn't work, the staff could not fix it and they would not move us to another room or give us a discount. the room smelled of cigarettes, the bathroom was in disrepair.

It was very clean, great beds and towels. Pool warm.

We arrived 3:15 pm our thermostat was 35 degrees in room and it was cold! Hardwood floor, bed everything cold. We turned up heat ( hot water heat) and it did get warm eventually. Glad We had evening plans so room could warm up.

The quiteness and the locations and how close the hotel is to all the attractions and the breakfast was nice and easy not all complicated and the staff was respectful and would ask if the room was ok or if we needed anything and I liked that after

Price and cleanliness. Hotel was quiet

It wasn't conveniently located for my purposes. Wi Fi was very spotty.

Owner stole money from us. Reporting to police department and bank. Claimed we smoked cigarettes in the room. Which we did not. We don¿t even smoke. We arrived late and left early. Charged $--- for this crappy room. I even cleaned up before we left!!!

Great location, very clean and friendly staff. Very comfortable bed!

Very cold. Did not find temperature adjustment until late in evening.

Great location. The room was pretty clean & kept up, there were no surprises & for the cost it was more than expected. Looked like new bed linens & beds were comfortable. Overall, I was happy with the stay, but honestly had low expectations when booking.

The hallways smelled, but once in the room couldn't smell it. The clientele was an interesting bunch - some good people watching I guess. We didn't have any issues, but we made sure not to leave valuables in the room. Would recommend for low budget trip.

Prices are too high and not enough amenities no breakfast at all

Location

The cover over the bed was stained and dirty. When the air conditioner was on the room filled with the smell of mildew. There was an odd smell like urine near the sink and the walls and light switches were dirty.

The front desk staff was harassing me bc the virtual card would not work and told me to deal with it.

The staff was great. The room was nice--everything worked well, the bed was comfy and the linens were so soft.

A second trash cannon the room would be helpful.

Other than price and that was high for how bad it was

It was one of the dirtiest rooms. The bathroom had large pieces of trash all over the floor and numerous mini piles of hair in the tub. The heat did not work correctly and the thermostat was missing the knob to turn. Appeared it had not been cleaned! BAD!
