Pros +

This hotel felt unsafe and unsanitary. I left shortly after I checked in. Drug addicts in the parking lot, fire doors were bolted shut, there was an unclean smell in the hallways, broken down cars in the parking lot.
Nothing! The hotel was disgusting!

Cons -

EVERYTHING. I have never stayed in a more unsafe feeling and unclean environment in my whole life.
Everything! I knew this wasn't going to be an amazing hotel 2.5 stars BUT it was worse then 2.5! more like a .5 star. Room smelt disgusting and wet. Gross, nasty hotel!
It was mid winter and the heater wasn't working right
