Best Western Plus Isanti

When I checked in I was not told the bathroom door was having problems. My friend got locked in the bathroom and the police were called to get her out. The hotel did say they were going to compute my room but I haven't seen the reimbursement

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast selection. Excellent price and ease of access to the cities.

Off main road so no traffic noise to sleep. Ground level room.

Heater fan noisy. Tub drain long time to empty. Breakfast lacking. Also seating people waiting to sit some standing.

Coffee pot was dirty shower head was very scummy beds are very uncomfortable was like the last people just left. And the elevator smelled like stinky socks

Location and decor. Staff was awesome.

We were celebrating my extended family Christmas in my hometown, and it served our purpose and expectations perfectly. So, the hotel’s location was the best thing about the hotel. The fact that it was brandy new was a huge bonus!

Clean, Comfortable, with easy check in and check out. The staff was friendly and helpful, but everything went so smoothly that we didn't need to interact with them much at all.

I think like every hotel that I have ever stayed at the curtains only do so much. We also stayed in a room right along the highway, which didn't bother me at all, but my husband left the AC fan on to counteract any potential noise disturbance. I think another room, would not have an issue.

The check in staff was accommodating with finding a room cleaned to check in at 3pm for getting dressed for a 4pm wedding. The breakfast had TURE gluten free options not just fruit, TY. We were there with 3 other events and lots of younger adults. We thought when they all returned late we were going to be disturbed with noise. The rooms were pretty quiet.

The Hotel itself was way better than expected in a smaller town. Most everything was with in 5 min from the hotel. The ONLY thing I was not happy about was the price. $275 for 1 night was ridiculous!!! there were no other close hotels and for that I do not think that the price has to be that high. We could have stayed very nice and cheaper hotel but it was 30 mins from the wedding we were attending. There were no other hotels close by. But really almost $300 a night for a hotel, you have a captured audience and are taking advantage of that. Again, it was a nice hotel but for that price, I would NOT stay there again for that price. A Sisters last minute wedding is the only reason we stayed there.

Clean facility and room, breakfast had a great variety, bed very comfortable.
