- Beautiful hotel, the front desk agent was a GEM.
- The gals at the front desk were so friendly, informative, and helpful!!
- Quietness of the hotel. Access to pool, and other areas was a short distance. Heated pool!. Friendliest and helpfulness of staff. They were very personable.
Cons -
- Room had double doors with windows opening to a hallway, but the light was shining through all night.
- Handicap assessable? Should have walk in showers, not tubs.
- We came into room one afternoon and it was very cold, though the heater had been set to 70*. A half inch gap on one side of heater showed the outside, and through it, the cold wind blew. We stuffed towel in it and told staff when we left.
