- The Employees
- It was very clean and super quiet.
- Beds are comfortable
Cons -
- We wanted a glass of wine, but had to wait a terribly long time to get one. They an event in the lobby that caused them to be busy, just maybe should have had an extra worker or two with such a big event. Other than that, we really did enjoy our stay.
- No pool towels all the time. Lady at desk wouldn't get a wine bottle opener and then i found out you have disposable ones for guests. Breakfast not included and way to expensive. I got charged over $50 in "fees" for booking online outside of the hotel.
- There was garbage under the bed when I got there. Also, I was double charged, which I still haven't seen the supposed refund I was promised. I will not be staying here again.
