We purposely selected this hotel because of the hot tub and slide and both were shutdown$. Very disappointed!

The staff went out of their way to be friendly, and greeted us every time we encountered them.

There was only one chair in the room, and it was pretty beat up.

I picked this hotel specifically for the pool & slide b/c we were traveling w/two grandsons who would enjoy the water activities. The tube slide & the hot tub were roped off; unavailable to guests for our entire stay of 4 nights...a huge disappointment.

By far the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in. Hot tub closed pool hade puke and shit in the water Pool bathroom was full of puke. Entire pool area was gross. When told this to front desk all we got is sorry about that. Will never stay there again

Very dirty, grout in tile floor missing and injury occurred. Pool dirty. Waterslide closed. Staff didn’t handle noisy neighbor well. Awful overall.

The Outback restuarant next door was very convenient and the hotel is the closest to the airport which was also very convenient.

Bathroom tiles and grout did not look clean...brown stuff next to tub.

They didn't clean our room while we were there. Not sure if that is standard or not

Very expensive for just sleeping there. Only 2 lights of the 5 lights in the bathroom worked. We did not use the pool- too many kids running around. We also did not eat the breakfast- so many people.

Excellent breakfast, great location, very clean

There wasn't an extra roll of toilet paper, and no Gideon Bible. Also, we like to work out during our stay, and the workout room was nice; however, the treadmills and elliptical were angled away from the tv. This could cause an accident.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful outgoing and well informed. It was a good overall experience.

Very quiet

Room Needed to be vacuumed. Bathroom has mildew around the door and tub. Walls could you paint or cleaning-lots of scuff marks.

Family friendly. Great pool area, I loved having the 1 ft pool for my littles. Made it easy to take them swimming.

Felt the room could have been a little cleaner. Had found garbage around bed frame and not cleaned under the dresser. Only reason I had seen this was that I have a crawling infant.

Hotel had a weird smell, refrigerator froze all our items and had no temperature control button. Carpets stained.

I liked when we first checked in and there were actually cookies where they were supposed to be.

YES there were many things that I didn?t like about the hotel. First off the hotel room had firework pop it stuff all over the bathroom. The room had hair, stuffed splattered all over the wall. Just was not clean at all!!!

Kids liked the pool water slide. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of breakfast options. Bathroom was clean and temp of room was comfortable.

Elevator was dirty. We used the pullout couch in the room. Underneath and behind the couch was dirty, even spilled french fries underneath.
