Nice room, quiet, good parking

No gluten free breakfast options; would be nice to offer ‘firm’ beds; price is high

Layout of room was off - the bed faced window and tv was on the dresser on the side of the bed

Throughout our 4 day stay, Our room was never cleaned during our stay, each day calling to the front desk to have someone come to the room and remove the trash and leave fresh towels, no clean sheets, unmade beds. Room was unbelievably dusty.

The hotel is in a good location. The property, common area, and room were clean.

Upon check-in, we were informed that the pool and spa were closed. As we were visiting for a weekend hiking adventure, we had looked forward to unwinding with these amenities. The continental breakfast could be improved.

Quiet setting away from busy street. Bed was comfortable.

Room carpet needs cleaning. Vinyl Chair needs replacing as it looks worn out. The sheets smelled like bubble gum. Window shade was broken so I couldn?t open it.

All staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The dining room itself was very clean but the chairs were badly stained. Our room was very clean but it felt damp.

Sunday morning breakfast was scheduled to end at 10 am. We went down at 9 and found little hot food and empty muffin/bread bins. I had to look for staff to request more food be set out. More food was set out. Many guests arrived after we did.

The experience sucked,because I was kicked out and not refunded my money for one of my days. So it wasn't cool at all

Staff could have been more friendly

Friendly staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Spacious bathroom. Quiet.

There is plenty commercial things to do nearby, but the heart and soul of Duluth is about a 10 min drive. Not a huge deal though and did not effect my overall experience.

Customer service, pool, breakfast, and the gym

Not really, there was a strange smell in the room, but manageable.

The staff was very friendly. The room was very comfortable. The pool was very good and breakfast was excellent. We had a great stay at this Hampton Inn.

I was looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub and was bummed out when we went to use it it was broke! Other than that the hotel is very nice.

Hands down one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. Friendly staff. Variety of equipment in the fitness room. Large, clean hot tub.

Rooms are not soundproof. Could hear hallway noise.

The location was fabulous.

The parking lot was so full we couldn¿t find parking because Texas Roadhouse shares the lot. The mattress was too soft and ceiling too thin. Heard people tromping around all night. Didn¿t get to hot tub because too full. Overall a bad experience.
