Comfort Inn Duluth West

Wonderful staff. Very courteous. Came to my room to show me how to work my television

The beds and pillows were very comfy and the breakfast was very good with various items available. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The lighting in the hallways and lobby/breakfast area was a bit dim.

They were fast to checkin and out and served a variety breakfast

My air conditioner was a bit too loud you could hear it from the outside other than that everything was fine

Clean, easy to find and a better breakfast than most places.

I've stayed before and this bed didn't compare to the others and the toilet is too high. And I'm not short.

People were nice and helpful, location was great, to was fine.

The pool restroom was not accessible from the pool, causing my child to fall in the restroom (after showering) and hit his head. Open the door between the pool and the restroom.

The kitchen and cleaning staff were hard working and friendly. Breakfast was okay but cold. Hot tub had several children under 5, young in sauna. Front desk was made aware and did nothing. No heat in room and refridge did not work.

Front Desk staff was rude. I asked for extra towels and was told they don't do turn down service. I ONLY asked for extra towels after. .

Clean hotel and pleasant staff. Breakfast was good with sausage and eggs.

The breakfast choices were good. The staff at the desk was ok - the staff at the breakfast was very pleasant.

The room was not the cleanest - things on the counter, etc.

Lower price, free breakfast

Pool water are cold

Blood stain on sheets, garbage can missing garbage bag, bit of odour when first entered room sauna was cold due to leaky tap

The pool sauna and jacuzzi and their hours are amazing.

The breakfast did not get restocked quick enough. One lady could not keep up with everyone.

This is a very clean, updated hotel with extremely helpful staff. I am very impressed. The beds were comfy too!

Nope!

Price, room size, location, breakfast, pool, laundry, newspaper.

Staff, breakfast offerings, parking

I did not like anything about this hotel

Terrible, filthy dirty room and hotel. Old moldy showers, carpet is filthy, smelled of mold, ripped up carpet in room. Curtains had blood on them. Disgusting!

It was a place to sleep. Did the pay price and get 1 of 3 hotels and was one I hoped I would not get. Friendly staff was highlight.

Kids running up and down halls yelling. I had to do cable hook ups in room for all the cables they had to get tv working for input they were trying to achieve but they couldn¿t get fixed. Water damage in room (looked like had supplies and were remodelin

I love the size, the pool, and the breakfast. Ive stayed here multiple times due to these things.

That the pool, hot tub and the sauna were all in working order and clean

Easy off freeway 35. Bed comfortable. Pool, hot tub and sauna clean and nice. Breakfast was also good to the typical breakfast buffet items offered. Would stay again for the price in the area.

The floor was not cleared of hair in bathroom and small paper pieces by edge of king bedroom night stand so vacuum and bathroom floor were not the cleanest they could be. Sheets and towels smelled clean so there is that. I know everyone is short staffed.
