TownePlace Suites by Marriott Duluth

The front desk lady was helpful, well respected and responsive during our stay. Greatly appreciated. The pool water temperature was perfect for our family. We looked forward to be able to enjoy the fire place outside on our next stay.

A little more breakfast options during the weekdays but overall, we enjoyed our stay

Second time staying at this hotel and it doesn’t disappoint. The staff are all friendly and very accommodating. Room is clean and the kitchen area is awesome to have. Breakfast options are good and they have Gluten Free muffins and bagels available.

It is very hot in the pool room if you are just supervising and not swimming.

Clean, friendly nice breakfast.

Was charged extra $20 without explanation.

Quiet environment

Big pets allowed, rooms with multiple dogs

the hotel was new and everything was really nice and clean

the air conditioners in the rooms had some kind of sensor that if you weren't there the temperature would get warmer so when we got back it was always too warm in there and it was even blowing heat in the bedroom when set on air condition.

General experience

Driveway intersection

There wasn't a whole lot I liked about it . I know I won't return there again.

No whirlpool. Went down to have breakfast and they were closing breakfast area I asked if I could grab something before they put everything away they said no were cl9sed. In spite of food still out. Cut off is 10am was there 15 min before that..

the suite was spacious, clean, modern. I loved the lighted dressing amoire! the kitchen was surprisingly well appointed.

I was looking forward to a hot tub after a long work day, the pool area was full and very loud, not relaxing or inviting.

Fantastic new hotel. Perfect location for us. Super clean the staff was great. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was fine. Had a good variety. However would be nice to have something sweet like muffins

Room size is terrible. If you open sofa bed there is no place to maneuver in the room. Sofa bed very hard and uncomfortable. Room service not daily. I asked for service and it never got done even though they told me it would be. Room very overpriced. No hot tub

Everything about our stay was great! Friendly staff, (shout out to the breakfast attendant who was so friendly and kind, it just made our day). The room size was fantastic which really makes a world of difference when traveling for multiple days. It was clean, quiet, great breakfast. Fitness room was well stocked! Everything was great!

Can't think of anything

The area was secluded and quiet. The breakfast area was kept very clean and stocked.

Clean, new, well designed rooms. Friendly staff. All facilities were in tip-top shape.

Clean and a quiet place to stay at and rest up

We had the king suit. Loved it.

There were no extra blankets for couch bed in the room.
