The Inn on Lake Superior

We had a great view of the lake and a private patio to sit on. You could also get on the lake walk from your patio and walk to a lot of restaurants. Rooftop pool was nice also.

Breakfast was just so-so. Fake eggs were bad, but they had waffles, yogurt, and other choices. One day we went down towards the end of breakfast, and they were out of a lot of things including trays, cups, etc. I asked staff for help and she was rude.

Breakfast was not great just OK. It?s always nice to have something hot but the egg burritos were just OK. The elevator was not working. It was the central elevator. We did have one that we could use, but we had to walk the whole length of the hotel.

Check - in person not friendly or helpful. He seemed bothered by us. Balcony on 1st floor felt like it was right in the parking lot. I would not want that view in the future.

The views. The staff were very friendly. The rooftop pool is my favorite.

Some parts of the hotel need updating

We¿ve stayed at this hotel over several years. This was the first time it started to show its age. Bathroom grout in the shower was missing in sections, light switch plate stood away from the wall, just an overall ¿aging¿ in the room.

Heater rattled. Fridge door did not close securely. Sink faucet leaked. Price too high for what you got.

Loved the location, right on the lake and in Canal park. Loved the outdoor rooftop pool and the smores at night. Fire pits and all lit up at night. Clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, reasonably priced.

The alarm clock went off at 0300 ( we didn't touch the alarm before we went to bed) and scared us to death. Thought it was a fire alarm!! Couldn't figure out what the loud/shrill noise was..as we were sleeping/middle of the night

Location, location, location! Great spot for a visit to the Canal Park area! Within walking distance to everything. Complimentary breakfast had gluten free options which satisfied my son's girlfriend.

Not clean- mold in the shower, clogged sink drain, balcony room with a door that we had to pry open. Very disappointing for $--- a night.

Location was great!

It needed a good cleaning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
