The staff was very helpful and friendly. After checking out, my husband realized he had left his phone in the room. We called the front desk and the young man working personally went to the room to search for the phone. He found it! Truly appreciate him.
Hotel Manager was extremely nice.

Cons -

Spider in the shower and another small bug inside the entry way.
Major construction going on at the time and they had to move us rooms because the first room had essentially no window.
It in no way represents what a business class hotel of that rating should be. It is a very tired, dated property in much need of renovation. The staff is to be commended for keeping it in as good a condition as it is
