- Booked and Paid for a premium(bigger) room. said they didn?t have any left. But didn?t mention that when I first checked in. They gave me a larger room after complaint but room looked used by staff, dirty broken toilet etc..
- They charged me for breakfast even after giving the coupon. They didn't refund the balance too.
- I didn?t. The air was dry, there were noisy people outside the room In the hallway, being very loud all night long. The carpet didn?t look vacuumed. It was an overall horrible experience
