- My reservation still showed active and once I arrived at 1 am it was canceled
- The location
- Nothing at all!!
Cons -
- They did not let me check in for no reason
- Bath towels were not available, I asked for a towel at reception, waited 10 min and never got one. I asked to leave it in my room and one was never dropped off. I asked for a towel at 6 pm and didn?t get one until a hour later.
- Had to switch rooms juicestains everywhere tvs didn?t work heat didn?t work no cover on the bed only a fitted sheet and a flat sheet had no phone to call the front desk asked repeatedly for a cover maintenance man fixed the heat while we were in the room
