    Pros +

    • This is a very unique motel. I was impressed by the rooms, grounds and the good natured staff, who were very helpful.
    • The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. There's a waterfall and pond, which make the outdoor space very peaceful.
    • We enjoyed staying there nice pool, was about to have s'mores and a campfire.. the front desk lady Becky went above and beyond and very friendly. Will be back for sure

    Cons -

    • The room itself is basic, but the real problem is that we could hear our neighbors through our walls. It was hard to get a good night's sleep because of the noise. The room with the extra large bathroom had an old-fashioned sink, hot or cold only.
    • Rooms were tiny with no insulation in the walls. You could hear all of your neighbors easily.
    • No place to sit in too only 1 chair not every room had outside chairs need to have. More outside chairs air leave pool open to give people a place to sit and relax. Ice machines did not work, no nearby places to eat nothing to go to in walking distance

It was a cute hotel in a good location. If you're looking for a cheap place to sleep, this will work. They are able to sell beer and wine which is a plus.

Rooms were tiny with no insulation in the walls. You could hear all of your neighbors easily.

Great resort. Awesome and friendly staff. Heated pool and minutes from DT S. Haven. Country setting with activities for the entire family. Will definitely be going back!

Price and cleanliness, well maintained and grounds are immaculate

When you consider this place is much less expensive I got more than my money¿s worth. We are Seniors so I he steps were tough but considering We had one of the least expensive rooms so it was one of the few on the walk up 2nd floor.

Beautiful property. Great for a family or group trip. Lots to do on site.10 min from the beach.

Stayed in beach house. Definitely dated. But why stay in the room with so much to do.

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-7-2023

Family friendly. Great amenities. Gave 80s summer camp vibes. Super close to the beach. Great price for the location. Pet friendly.

It was an older building. It could use some updating but I¿d absolutely stay again.

The pool. And pretty close to town, it's a good hotel if you don't plan on staying too long.Nice if you just need a place to sleep.

There's no place to sit inside the room.Just one little wicker chair. No dressers to put your clothes. Not even a table to put things on.

    4Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-1-2023

Staff was friendly. Dog fee was a one-time fee, not a daily charge.

Walls are paper thin; you will hear your neighbors. No central heating; have to use a space heater. Rooms are very small and in serious need of renovation.

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-28-2022

Desk staff was friendly, helpful with giving recommendations on local restaurants. Fresh towels were placed on our bed while we were out on our second day there. Laminate floors were a nice change from the usual dingy hotel carpets.Netflix was avail on tv

Bed was uncomfortable. Comforter had stains all over. Shower had several spiders and webs and generally looked unclean-hair left on the walls. Shower curtain had what looked like small blood stains on it. No counter space in BR and coffee maker very dirty

Great location, rooms are small but that was expected due to age of resort. However room had almost all we needed. The pool was nice and the outdoor swing by pond was a great place to have our morning coffee

I personally would have liked a shelving unit instead of armoire for more apse to put our things.

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-21-2022

The room was very clean. They have a nice pool and provide pool toys.

The exterior of the beach house could use a few touch-ups, but it was still enjoyable.

Literally nothing! One of the worst hotels I¿ve ever stayed at!

There was nothing I liked about this hotel! The staff was super rude, the tv and WiFi didn¿t work! The toilet kept getting clogged and backing up and we didn¿t even get the correct room we booked! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Cost Bathroom ceiling fall in No ceiling fan in bathroom Bath towels very thin worn-out Park lot too far from rooms No handicap ramps to rooms Etc,etc, etc

    6GailPosted on: 7-22-2022

Desperate bedrooms, heated pool, nice property outside to enjoy.

Noisy air-conditioning, bed mattress old and lumpy, very corse sheets.

    1TeresaPosted on: 7-21-2022

    Close to destination

Did not specify no handicap access. I had to upgrade to a suite to get wheelchair access, which required to pay an extra $80. Staff parked in handicap stall. No a clean room. SHOULD BE A 2 STAR OR BELOW.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-14-2022

    Quaint. Small and friendly

Only 2 sets of towels for 3 guests

It is in a very quiet and wait location. Quiet and peaceful vacation. Close to the beach and other attractions
