Rooms are large and clean. All staff is polite, friendly, helpful. Great coffee 24/7. Convenient to Soo Locks.

Felt was overpriced for not having adequate breakfast, room could’ve been cleaner, had a slight odor, seemed to not have been vacuumed well.

Overall quality of Room, Lobby, Dining room, friendly efficient front desk receptionists were very helpful and welcoming. We would return again.

No pets. We look for that at all Hotels we book. We love that Hampton Inn is NOT pet friendly.

I inquired about the safe deposit boxes at the front desk. The clerk asked me what I wanted to put in the box. Really? Her intent was to advise me that they have a "No Firearms"policy in the boxes, but she went about it in the wrong way.

Quick check-in. Friendly service. Clean room. We drove downtown for dinner and walked around the marina afterwards. It's about a 5 min drive but good location and easy to find

Expecting to find a traditional hotel I was happy to walk into a completely remodeled Hampton Inn. I LOVE the modern interior, and the bathroom was just beautiful! The breakfast area is gorgeous and the staff was beyond helpful and friendly.

No pool. It closed the day we arrived. The counter staff offered a discount which was appreciated, but we would have selected a different place had this been accurate. For $--- it was a good value.

Pool is closed. The breakfast was at the low end. Lots of flour; the only healthy offering was an apple or orange. The place is tired and about to be remodeled.

LOCATION. EVERYTHING WE WANTED WAS CLOSE BY

VERY OUTDATED. NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES. LAMP SHADES ACTUALLY HAD HOLES WORH THRU. BLANKETS WERE OLD AND LUMPY.

The hotel had a large nice swimming pool that was open at convenient times.

One of the doors to the outside entrance was too easy to access. You did not need a key to open it.
