It was a sock in the drain in the bathroom.AC was broken. Hotel is really outdated for ---$ a night

Employee checked on our room and said it was clean and ready Room first assigned to us smelt like someone cleaned fish in room. Went to desk clerk with complaint and was given different room. Stayed 4 days and never seen maid only kissing boyfriend.

The beds were very hard and not easy to get into since they were so high off the floor. The hotel smelled very musty. Floors were dirty. The TV was possessed(it would continue to shut itself off or turn itself on). They do not clean your room every day.

Front desk staff was active and cooperative made checkin, checkout and overall experience positive.

The position of elevator was too far from front desk and main entrance you have to cross some doors between - creates some level of difficulty moving with stroller and luggage especially with those luggage trolleys.

the room was very spacious and comfortable, the hot tub was needed after walking most of each day and it was great to start the day with the free breakfast.

the first floor ice machine was out of order my entire stay and the other one on second floor only dispensed ice one night and when i mentioned this to the front desk person she did not see, to care and it took long time sauna to heat.

It was remodeled however all of the faucets were put on backwards and you couldn't turn the shower off. The ceiling was leaking in the halls.

There's so many food and shopping options within walking distance.

I always forget the windows overlooking the pool, with unlovable curtains... which always feels creepy. But there's a couple dollar stores across the parking lot that sell a variety of clamp type items.

The jacuzzi tub in the room was so relaxing (once we realized you have to turn the fan on for the button to work), the pool and hot tub were as advertised, the bed was super comfortable. Every staff person we spoke to was helpful and friendly.

My favorite part of my stay would be the desk clerk that checked me in Saturday right at 3pm. She was professional and friendly. I work at a Baymont near my home and I know how annoying it can be when someone comes to check in during your shift change.

The hot tub in the room was dirty, so I did not use it.

There were cobwebs & mold above the whirlpool tub. And the overall appearance was unkempt.

The service and the breakfast was good.

Not clean! Hot tub and pool in poor repair. Carpet was gross!

Everything looked clean and well maintained. i didn't use the pool or the sauna, but I did check out the area and it was nice. I had the king suite with jetted tub room, and it was well laid out, and everything worked flawlessly.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms temperature could be adjusted to how I liked. Beds were comfortable. There was a bathtub in the room. There was a good breakfast also.

The pool needs repairs. The flooring was chipped and the pool was cold. The hot tub jets were not working and the hot tub was not very hot.

The staff was friendly and helpful when I could not access my room.

Room assigned did not open. Lock needed new batteries. The staff was very helpful and moved me to another room however it was quite a haul to get to the room. Majority of the parking was taken so had to walk quite a ways to get to a door to even get in.

Hot tub in pool area did not work, renovating the outside not sure what they were doing but it was like it was snowing outside

Lock didn?t work so free upgrade (awesome). Sand in bed suggested sheets hadn?t been changed after last guest (ew!). Too darn tired to complain when we discovered the latter so just lived with it, but ew. Other than that, nice hotel.?.

Breakfast guy watching over it very friendly and always on top of things never a possibility of running out of any thing ?

Everything was wonderful! We enjoyed the rooms, sauna, jacuzzi breakfast and the staff! It's near every where you need to go!We will stay there again! Thank you!
