No frills option. I was only there to sleep and shower. No pool was needed. Breakfast was fine

The room was clean and the shower was updated. Bed was comfortable.

Humidity must not have been removed well, even though a fan was running because the window was always steamed up.

Didn’t like they don’t tell you on the website of a pet fee and a clean up fee for each room. I wouldn’t had booked it. I don’t like the illegal hidden fees that was not disclosed at checkout online.

Comfortable bed. No carpets.

Breakfast, seemed like all the items were the cheapest possible. Coffee was watery and cereal was stale.

Broken toilet seat, tv not working great, Stinky room bad smelling, dirty exit area. Party time outside our room window, manager like to party with the others, place was a dump inside and out. We left the next morning and didn't ask for a refund ,Dump.

CLEANLINESS

NO ELEVATOR. VERY DIFFICULT TO CLIMB STAIRS, LET ALONE WITH LUGGAGE. BREAKFAST WAS REFINED CARBS, BREAD. BAGELS, MUFFINS, ETC.

The bed was uncomfortable. You could hear every foot step from the room above. The shower ceiling had mildew.

The bath tub wasn¿t clean!! We asked for a later check out and the housekeeper came into the room 3 times without knocking before we checked out!!

No carpets in the room which is a plus for me. This is a no frills hotel, ideal for someone who just needs a room for the night. It was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful.

Location was not near the tourist attractions in down town Sault Ste Marie and about a mile or so from the I-75 interchange.

Needed last minute reservation on Sunday before Labor Day .... Next to impossible task. Was pleasantly surprised that low price, still included continual breakfast and rooms and hotel were immaculate. Would definitely go back.

The location was the best part about the hotel.

The check-in area was not very "clean" per say. Check-in was fine but had I not prepaid I would have walked right back out and stayed elsewhere after seeing how the "first impression" area of the hotel was. The room was fair I definitely will not be back

The desk clerk was very nice.

It seemed a little dated. The bed was hard. And seemed a little dirty.

The room were clean and spacious. Dont expect too much frills and luxuries but just perfect for price paid

Location was good; floors were not carpeted¿smelled cleaner and we liked that.

The hotel was in a good location and was reasonably priced. Nothing special about it, but wasn't bad.

Couldn't believe there was no elevator. Made lugging stuff around a little difficult, may have been in the notes on the hotel, but didn't stick out enough for me to catch.

It was very clean and quiet as well. Excellent service from the front desk person.

Clean and cheap. Convenient location and was able to park there with our trailer and side by side. Was able to request a room overlooking the parking lot so we could keep an eye on our vehicle.

No elevator. Breakfast was good, wished there was waffles or pancakes

Not well maintained, bathroom light flashed like a strobe light, the locks on the window were broken, the screens were torn, the refrigerator didn't work.
