Hyatt Place Detroit/Royal Oak

Location was perfect. Staff was great. Housekeeping was outstanding.

Breakfast was very good.

Location was fantastic. Staff, especially maintenance, were extremely helpful. My wedding ring fell behind the dresser/desk/wardrobe and the maintenance staff disassembled the furniture to help retrieve it.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

I had requested a room for three and though the room was set up to provide three beds the sofa bed was broken and one of us had to just make due with the couch.

The breakfast and staff were wonderful and the room was great!

Two things really stand out...First its location and Second the Staff always friendly and smiling. Their knowledge of the area.

The bedsl was really uncomfortable and so were the pillows. Another thing were the TV remotes sometimes worked other times not.

The beds were comfortable.

No valet service. Nobody to help with luggage. Had to grab my own luggage cart and then bring it back down when done. Restaurant was not open.

Great room - plenty of space. Easy parking access.

The breakfast seemed extensive, but didn't taste great. I won't complain about a free breakfast, but the food quality could be a bit better.

Very spacious with a super comfortable bed. Pleasantly surprised that breakfast and parking were complimentary!

Two minor things...bathroom counter was very deep so mirror was far away and the drains were quite loud when my husband was shaving/showering and I was still in bed:)

The room was spacious and clean and the bed felt amazing! Also,the staff was so helpful and friendly! Every single person was truly wonderful.

I love the location. Really love the king size bed and mattress, so very comfortable.

I wish the rooms had a microwave oven and room service. Also, parking is a bit cramped.

I am an honest reviewer and this Hotel was the most expensive place for the value it provides. The breakfast was aweful. The noise level was too much. Not quite what we expected to see in such pricey hotel.

Nice staff. Comfortable beds. Less.than 1 mile to main part of city.

No fan in the bathroom. Had to pay 10 dollars to park my car in the hotel parking lot.who does that?? Had to sign up for their reward program in order to have breakfast included.

New hotel with issues like hot water, minor punch list stuff and cold pancakes and eggs.
