    Pros +

    • Very friendly staff. Wonderful hot breakfast. We stayed in a 2bedroom 2bathroom suite and loved the space. This is a pet friendly hotel too that only charged us a one time/trip fee of $100 for our week long stay.
    • The front desk manager was very friendly and helpful. We asked for a quiet room and she gave us the top floor away from everything
    • The breakfast staff were above kind and there were a lot of selections.

    Cons -

    • No office chair for the desk but I?m sure if we asked, they would have brought us something.
    • The bed was a bit soft and so it bothered my hips. The air conditioning couldn't keep up on our first night, it was cool but humid still.
    • Pool was too cold for kids. When asked if it was working properly, staff said temp was kept cooler so paint in pool room was not effected

The mattress in our room had a Nasty Fish Smell. The lady at the desk said that there was no extra rooms available at this time. She said to use the pullout sofa.We wanted them to find a solution and eventually,we did get another room after 90 mins.

The breakfast staff were above kind and there were a lot of selections.

The front desk staff when checking in were very dry in personality and was not very happy. Being that I have worked front desk for 5+ years, I was disappointed in her way of checking me in. Robotic, and dry. It felt like I disturbed her.

Loved this hotel I've stayed at the court yard right next 2 it many times. For now on I'll definitely staying here

    Couldnt find hot tub

Nice hotel, received an upgraded room that was very nice We called to verify our reservation and let the manager know we would be coming in after 1am

At 1:05 doors locked and no desk clerk, took more than 10 minutes of ringing bell and pounding on door to get the clerk, She put us in a room that was next to a main exit and starting at 6am we were awakened by the exit door slamming every few minutes.

Loved the Suites! Roomy, Clean, Practical for extended stay. Free breakfast was Tasty, Complimentary Dinner Socials nice to wind down. Most of the Staff were friendly and accommodating - makes you feel like "family" when you're in common areas.

One member of the custodial staff really made my daughters feel uncomfortable with his staring - I felt at times they could be unsafe, so I always stayed with them.

The room was beautiful, spacious and had everything.

Hot Breakfast was wack but yogurt and bagel were enough.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-12-2018

The breakfast was amazing! So much to chose from and the host was so sweet.

I was disappointed that they must have removed the hot tub. Also we were put next to the stairs and door which meant it was very loud and hard to sleep after 7 am.

    Location, services.

The cleaning staff wasn't very good. They didn't come one of the days and did very minimal cleaning for a room with a kitchen.

Modern, comfortable, spacious room with a nice desk/work area.

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 10-27-2017

Location was not bad and the rooms were clean but one of our rooms was a disappointment. Musky and drying sheets in the air vent. All other 5 rooms were great.

Been at many Residence Inn across the US and this one the breakfast was a far cry from all the others. Disappointing.

This hotel was excellent! Truly more than expected. The room was immaculate and spacious. The ladies working the desk were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of options! The location is close to Birmingham (about a $9 Uber).

The pool was full of kids! I love that they're having fun it maybe extend pool hours so adults can enjoy the pool quietly at night.

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 10-5-2017

All the rooms are studio rooms with a desk, kitchenette and eating area as well as a pull-out couch. It is spacious and comfortable. Overall a good first impression and in general a good experience.

There is only one queen been and one uncomfortable pull out couch. Not so comfy for the kids. The hallways remind me of an apartment building with the cooking smells. The pool needs a good mold cleaner. Breakfast lady very nice.

    4Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 10-3-2017

    1. Very noisy A/C in first room I checked into - had to change rooms bc it was much too noisy. 2. Very large and prominent carpet stain in the second room I checked into.

    Clean, free breakfast, nice staff

    9DannyPosted on: 9-19-2017

    Room layout

The bed was too soft. When the a/c kicked on it was very loud and woke me several times through the night.

    10JohnPosted on: 9-8-2017

The rooms are like upscale mini apartments with a sectional couch, kitchen dishes etc.Breakfast was good, and the night I stayed they had free hamburgers for dinner AND FREE BEER/WINE!

Pull out sofa bed was uncomfortable

    10RachelPosted on: 9-6-2017

The hotel room was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the person who helped with breakfast.
