It?s was nasty ash in there and it smelled very bad in there I didn?t stay in the room and cuz it was so nasty and they still charged me for it

Having a kitchen in the room was a plus.

Reception was not available for most parts of the evening hours, but it was manageable with the amenities available on site.

Very loud and crowded entrance ! Cops come and go very often

I have nothing to say except that the staff was excellent in accommodating my housing needs near work with professionalism, kind decent treatment and a quiet beautifully clean room to rest after work. I would especially like to thank hotel employee

I am a private person and although people live here and are kind. I am not looking to live here long term - only if it¿s peaceful /quiet/affordable For the present and little cheapr. hotel room is a bit pricey yet close to job & I need quiet/rest.

I enjoyed my stay overall. The front desk lady was always so nice and helpful. The price was reasonable and I felt safe in that area.

My room was not cleaned, and I spent 1.5 hours cleaning my room. The floor had gum stuck to it, and every surface in the bathroom had hair on it. The sick were not cleaned as well. I paid for a room with dishware, and no pots and pans were in the room.

Dawn was great. The facility was clean and secured

Staff was friendly, common areas well kept.

The hallways could be vacuumed more often. I was there for 4 nights and noticed they were not vacuumed once. Considering you are responsible for cleaning your room while staying - this didn't help keep dirt out.

We love that it had a gym we love that it had on site landry we love the cooking area Love that it was right by the freeway

There were really just one things that we didn't like..... the bed linen was horrible looking. No use of hospital corners for a crisp, neat look, tucking all layers tightly to prevent wrinkles and shifting, and ensuring all linens are clean, wrinkle-free, and correctly sized for the bed. Which it was not.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The bathroom was spacious.

Noise from the parking lot. There were a few people blaring their car radios late at night.

The location was convenient. The property was clean and well maintained. The furnishings were new and in good condition.

Although the room had a kitchenette, the facility did not have any plates, bowls, silverware, or cooking equipment available to use - even to check out. The room did not have place to put a suitcase, or any kind of table (apart from a desk).

The pillows and bed was comfortable, clean except for the crumbs on the floor Bath tub immaculate. Facility on lock down make you feel safe. Love the laminate floors and no stinky carpet.

We woke up to leave and the elevator was broke so we had to go down 3 flights of stairs thank god we didn't take the room on the 4th floor.Staff not friendly.a dog peed in the elevator and the owner tried to clean it and we can tell the staff never cleaned after him.

Comfy bed.

Hotel set up is very strange and lacks a traditional lobby/front desk. The entrance leading into the "lobby" from the parking lot is blocked by a door that requires an activated key card to unlock. And then there's ANOTHER door with the same lock from the lobby leading into the actual hotel where the rooms are.We got in late and had to call a staff member down to the front desk to check us in as no one was there. Upon arriving to the room, I quickly noticed how dirty it was. There was literal food on the floor, kitchen shelves and inside the microwave, so it clearly wasn't clean. The beds were made but the bathroom was barely set up and the kitchen was void of supplies in general. I went down to the lobby to get a different room when the desk lady told me there weren't any more 2 beds available. All they had was 1 beds. I explained I needed 2 as I was traveling with other people. She didn't seem very sympathetic to my predicament at the hotel's negligence and didn't offer me any solutions. She didn't offer to have the room cleaned or anything. No offers of compensation or reward for the inconvenience. It just turned into a "take it or leave it" situation which really pissed me off.Unable to accomplish anything I was stuck sleeping in the original room. This was my first visit here and it's certainly safe to say that I will NEVER be returning. I highly suggest you stay FAR AWAY from this place. Trust me! You can find a much better hotel for the same price.

The cleanliness and the safety, it's on lock down and I like that cause I felt safe. Walked in and the facility smelled of bleach which let you know it's clean and when you walk in the room it's a good smelling aroma. I love this place hardly no amenities but that's ok cleanliness is what I want.

I asked for more sheets and was told I had to bring the ones off the bed first.and tried to contact the front desk on Saturday and they were closed.

Looks just like the pictures. Clean everywhere, including the elevator, gym and laundry. Hallways are wide and carpeted. The good management draws good quality people. I would definitely stay there again. The reviews that say 'Pleasant' I would agree with.

It's a bit sterile, probably a function of the large room and no carpeting. That is something of the nature of extended stay hotels.
