We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and updated. The complimentary breakfast was a good variety of hot and cold items. Fast check-in. Near the casino.
The staff. They were being run every which way, but never let that affect the level of service given, especially the very nice person at the front desk.

The hotel room was not cleaned properly. There was something splashed on the wall and the headboard of the bed. I notified the front desk, but they did not come and clean it.

The room was nice, the hotel itself was enjoyable. The lack of staffing was what killed the stay.
The fact that they left 1 person for the entire full 85 room hotel to do everything all evening long was ridiculous.

The location is great. Near the casino and edge of town so it doesn't take long to get to stores
Asked for early check in. Didn't happen. said my room would be ready at 3. It wasn't. I show up at 330 and it's still not ready. So I wait and wait. She then tells me I have to take a different type of room or a handicap room for no discount.
The room was very spacious and in a great location, right next to IHOP and minutes from the casino.
