Quality Inn Mount Pleasant

Great location, near our destination.

Price was inaccurate from what was told to an entire wedding group. The hotel itself was not bad, but there was a disgusting odor outdoors.

They put me in a room next to where someone was dead all night. The hotel double charged me after they seen my reservation was already prepaid then they don’t answer the phone to address the issues

Small room . Tub not very clean . Raise rates on days that something's going on at soaring eagle

Nothing they had bed bugs and moved us into another room and it was super dirty. didn't even offer a refund and the person helping us was not helping us at all.

Dirty room, stained sheets and comforter, tiny room, broken shower rod, non helpful staff, smell of carpet chemical to hide bad smells, very dirty.

The hotel was clean and nicely decorated.

The rooms were very small and the sink drained too slowly.

TV remote was not properly set up to scan channels. No Do Not disturb sign in room. Agent did not share info about comp breakfast

Cheap and a decent location. I had a problem with my sink. The drain needed to be pried open and I was shocked at how quickly maintenance got there to fix it.

I was hoping to grab some breakfast on my way out. There was a group of people sitting waiting in the dining area and the one person who had been working the front desk could be seen in the back “preparing” food. Ridiculous. Bait and switch.

For the price, it was much cleaner and friendlier than expected.

I don't like carpets in the rooms because it feels less sanitary but it wasn't smelly so it was still a great stay.

Clean and comfortable rooms, great staff and location.

The bed and pillows were great and the hot breakfast. The staff were professional and kind.

The price. It should be priced on how long a person is staying I literally was there from 12 am to 7 am just to sleep between jobs other than that place was nice

No pool and lots of noise from the road.

Location...it's out of the busy-ness of the main drive, and near a hwy, but close enough to drive to any of the highlight entities in the area.

The hotel is beat up; our room needed a good cleaning, and painting. Desk chair has something spilled all over the back. breakfast had no eggs, and other items were missing compared to the last time we stayed.

Sound from other rooms felt walls between rooms were not ?thick? enough or ?insulted ? against sound between rooms.

Room was very small and expensive for a basic room. Also smelled musty.
