Room was very moldy and mildew-y smelling. Booked the room online as "smoking" so my wife wouldnt have to go outside at midnight for a smoke. Found out it is a non-smoking motel...something which should be made very clear in the booking- very deceptive.

Close proximity to I-75

A/C in room didn't work at all, in July. Not ideal.

First the family suit we booked was a mess it wasn?t cleaned,, then they gave or family conjoint rooms that?s all they had left ,,, we went for dinner and came back to people in one room, in the end whole family was spit in two rooms not together ?

Staff Macy and Jamie were extremely friendly and professional. Room was nicely decorated. Breakfast was hot and fresh.

Could not find comfortable sleeping position on the bed (too soft a common Holiday Inn problem).

The room itself had been cleaned very well and the continental breakfast was very good.

The carpet in the rooms definitely needs replaced. It was very dirty. I didn¿t dare take my shoes off when I was in the room.

The employees actually smiled and were friendly! The breakfast was the best I've had at a motel in years. The room was clean. I'm happy I'll return.

If I were being nit picky the pool needs redone but was clean and it was a bit of a bummer I couldn't use the fitness room but I'm very happy overall

Hotel room we recieved was not what we booked and we also booked it for the pool which was broken and not able to use!

they took $50 deposit on top of pre paying the whole amount when booking. The carpet, curtain and chairs were extremely dirty. The bed looked like someone was sitting there and no one changed the sheet, disgusting.

Awesome staff. Kind receptionist. Super clean room. Loved our stay there.

Wifi password wasn’t correctly printed on the key card envelope but was resolved quickly.

Very up to date and clean

The pool was freezing. My children couldnt swim long because it was so cold and that is one of the main things we made sure it had when we were booking a hotel. We did say something about it but they kept telling us that it was warm enough.

Staff was fantastic helping with questions. He even called me right away to let me know a roll away wouldn't be an option for our reservation. Answered questions and concerns well! Very pleased!

Pool area was warm and pool had items for play in pool. That aside, the pool was cold for our little ones.

The staff were very nice, especially the general manager who apologized to me personally when the alarm went off.

Needs updating, leaks in bathroom, unhelpful and unfriendly staff. Will definitely not stay there again.

As soon as you walked in the lobby you could smell the chlorine from the pool.

I was greated by the most professional awesome rep. he was helpful and i loved his attitude. he let me check in at 2pm and i greatly appreciate him for that. I wish i knew his name so i could give him appreciation stars.
