The room was satisfactory, the bed comfortable, No roaches, and close proximity to Burger King and several other fast food restaurants. hotel employee one of the custodians was extremely helpful.

Too many to list. "Low lights" include mediocre (or less) breakfast offerings, orange juice was watered downed, no milk for 3 days, dogs left alone in adjoining rooms barked much of the day, TV limited to 10 channels, dog excrement all over the ground.

We had a handicapped equipped room no big deal but bottom of shower slippery as heck I stepped in fell flat on my back . May not be good if I was elderly or handicapped

Low price but even that was too much for this place.

It was really dirty and smelled. First room the bath tub didn't drain and the TV didn't work. The second room the a lot of people coming and going that weren't guests buying or delivering drugs. Just didn't feel safe there at all.

Nothing honestly it was dirty my kids kept finding cockroach traps and we found peoples stuff in our room pet food in the vents our first rooms fridge didnt even work no fire detector no door lock  truly the worst suite iv ever been in

It was horrid and I asked for refund and they said no bc the manager wasnt there

I love the staff would give more stars if possible. They treat me and my bf as if we actually matter. The always ask if I want a certain room because they know we like bottom floor and never moan or groan if we have an issue which we hardly ever do.

I hate the pot holes lol. Can't help it though it's the storm drains.

This was a very nice place to stay. It was very nice as far as check in and check out in the room was awesome. I was very clean very quiet. I enjoyed every moment spent there and the breakfast was great. I definitely gave it a 10 star plus

It was convenient on short notice.

The key reader for our first room was not working and it took several key resets and attempts before we were finally given the option to get a different room. One bed was dirty and guests were loud on both sides.

Staff

Some guy outside all night making noise and tearing up copper wire. Then early in am probably about 7 am outside hammering. He finally stopped after another room yelled it was disrespectful to be doing that that early in the am

Being woke up at 7 am by hammering. The guy who lives at the end always outside all hours scrapping stuff. It's a hotel where people expect quietness not people in and out all night.

It was a great location for the plans we had for the weekend.

We booked two rooms and both had roaches. The desk attendant said she had complaints about them. There was a hole in one of the fitted sheets...how was that not seen by housekeeping?

The location and the price with swimming pool.

The internet tends to be unstable, and at times, the breakfast supply is insufficient.

Everything. Dirty Floors. Stained sheets and towels. Ripped up furniture. Cost extra money to use the pool.

There was absolutely nothing I liked about this hotel. Room smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. Half of lights in room did not work. Bed sheets were not clean. I left and went and checked in at another hotel. Did not stay the night here.

1. The first room I was given, the key did not work. Person at desk reprogrammed it twice so that was two trips back to the desk and then she determined that the battery was probably dead on the lock. She assigned me another room which I was able to enter

Form comfortable beds

It is falling apart. Towel rack fell off when touched. Door weather seal hanging on by a thread. Smell of cigarettes.

That they forgot to give me a shower curtain and someone was banging on my door at 12 on Saturday night

Location, the rooms (except for no carpet), and cleanliness.

This was 3rd time I rechecked in( extended my stay) and had the front receptionist tell me I didn't pay. When I showed I did and said this person checked me in, the person put me in the computer as a different room.¿¿

Price and convenient location. Heat control was good.

The room stank badly. I opened the door to air it out several times but it was hopeless.
