Pros +
- The location is perfect. The interior of the room was wonderful. The staff were among the friendliest around.
- This hotel experience was great. The outside grounds appeared to be well maintained and had an inviting look and feel. The staff was great as well. They were friendly, professional and helpful.
- Breakfast. Food was very good. Lady was very friendly.
Cons -
- I had a handicap-accessible room. Right near the elevator. The room had a view of the back of the Hampton-Inn sign. Apparently the designers of this building decided that handicapped people do NOT need to be able to see ANYTHING. Bad on HILTON .
- While the breakfast was mostly good, this is definitely the weak point and could be improved. The amount of seating in that area was poor. Chairs and stools missing.
- Had a bug in my bed. Spent an hour googling about bed bugs at 2 AM. Terrible experience

Great breakfast buffet, clean rooms with comfy beds and a nice bathroom!
The employee at the front desk was very nice
It definitely needs a up grade .the window in my room was all wet and foggy and a huge crack in it .found it very noisy could hear everything going on in the hall ways and room above!
Location, Location, Location along with cleanliness and responsiveness of staff... Breakfast presentation was great and food quality was very good.
all was satisfactory and generally as expected from a Hampton Inn...
The guy at the front desk was very nice and accommodating and check in was very quick. Hotel is close to Firekeepers and clean so we stay here. Also it¿s newer and not outdated
Old fashioned for what I am used to for a Hampton! Tub had repaired hole in the tub! Mold around the tub caulking! Could not bathe in there! Just stayed for business and was happy to leave!

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good each morning.
The showerhead in our room was broken and we had to keep kind of "rigging" it up each night in order to take a shower. The toliet would keep running after you flushed it. You had to "jiggle" the handle to make it stop
It is a perfect location. Loved the room and bedding. Good breakfast and amenities.
I liked it's location and the fireplace in the lobby.
The towels had stains on them. The boxspring on one of the beds had a stain on it. The complementary breakfast lacked pancakes.
They only had a handicap accessible room. If I wanted a different room I would have to pay additional fees. The room was not worth the money.
There was space at the hotel that was not too inconvenient to where I needed to be. It was a homecoming weekend at Albion, about 13 miles away.
The toilet was not secured to the floor and rocked slightly. Walls were thin and I could clearly hear the couple next door. Also, no restaurant and breakfast was minimal.
The hotel was outdated, shabby and unclean.
wonderful staff very friendly, check in was a breeze room was clean cant wait to come back
breakfast area was real clean wasn't crazy about the egg things.found other things that were good
Very comfy beds, clean rooms and enjoyed the hot breakfast!
Front desk greeter was warm, welcoming and helpful. This place was very busy and she wore many hats and did a great job.
Recommendation would be to keep the people coming in for an event a little closer together as they were loud and disruptive to others around their room and needed to quiet down. Enforce quiet hours with verbal reminders.
It's quiet and close to my child's college. Also, it provides breakfast.
Very clean, I was by myself and I felt very safe. The breakfast was very good
The road noise from the highway was ridiculously loud.
