The staff member was pleasant and friendly. My room was clean

Even though my room was clean it had the smell of a wet dog which I didn’t like. If I wasn’t so tired I would had asked for a different room. Also the shampoo and shower gel dispensers were empty

The room was clean and the desk person was very nice. Said if I have any problems just let her know.

Nothing was wrong

The staff were very friendly and hard working. They did an excellent job accommodating guests during artic cold and snowy conditions.

I didn't feel safe there, the staff and management cannot control or do background checks on the guests that stay there so I certainly don't blame the hotel for feeling unsafe.

Sheets were clean, water pressure was descent, air conditioner was good.

Room was filthy. Candy from prior guest was stuck to bed spread. Someone had thrown something at at least two walls and it was left dripping down. Animal had scratched paint and chewed bottom of door and pieces were left on bathroom floor, swirled around with a mop, some pushed into corners. Rug between beds was filthy with dirt and large rocks. No soap in the room although there was shampoo.
