Pros +
- Great for groups with a large lobby for gathering. Staff was very kind and professional. They seemed short handed, but the staff worked very hard to make it all work. For the Kalamazoo area, and a longer stay, it?s one of the best.
- Close to expressway, clean, restful sleep
- Close to Western Michigan University. This exact location was not a nice area though. Better to go 10 min further in Portage for a hotel.
Cons -
- The air vent was directly above the bed and the cold air blowed on you all night.
- Dirty room- dark female hair in the sheets, blonde long hair on the bathroom door, dog hair all over the throw pillow, large stain on the pull out mattress with no sheets or blanket in the room for the pullout, debris under pullout. Poor security!
- Coffee wasn¿t available one day for breakfast
