Econo Lodge Kalamazoo near Wings Stadium

Close to job site I was working on!

Parking is an issue in big vehicles! Drive big pick up

Paid extra for room with breakfast. Front desk informed us there is no breakfast. Just coffee. Kind of a rip off to charge extra for something they dony provide!

Room was clean Bed was not uncomfortable Did have small refrigerator

No microwave in room Towels were sparse

Location

Advertising free breakfast and all there was was coffee. Not even juice and sweet roll.

Modern, new facilities. Excellent breakfast. Over-ease.

One desk clerk with a line of check-ins made for slow service. The clerk did the very best she could, for being understaffed.

Tv did not work, room was not clean. Had cigarette residue left that made me sick. Every night there was a man sitting in every hallway that drove my dog crazy. Way over priced. No breakfast

The staff are amazing...always kind and always helpful.

No breakfast

The price!!!!

Accused us of putting hole in back of the bathroom door and almost kept our deposit because of someone else¿s doing

Froze in this damn room . The heat doesn't work and no one. Would do anything about it when I called. I've been staying here a lot now I'm. This is gonna be my last time.

House keeping is not God and the heater are garbage

Close to bowling alley(good food)walking distance to Wings Stadium aka Wings event center.easy off and on from interstate 94...airport tower visible from motel.this is the old LaQuinta Design motel

No vending machines

Nothing. This hotel was abhorrent. I will never book before seeing a hotel again. Everything about this place was trash. The pictures online were in no way indicative of the actual condition of the hotel and room.

The entry, halls, and room were dirty and run down. There were homeless people loitering around everywhere.

We refused to stay at this hotel. We walked into the room and found the bed unmade and what looked like a large urine stain on top and along the side of the top mattress. We found a different hotel that was suitable. We will be looking for a full refund.

Good location , quiet

Hallways were cluttered with baskets of clothing and belongings, with people lurking outside exterior doors smoking. Hallways smelled of cigarette smoke in ¿no smoking¿ areas. Seemed kind of sketchy.

The location and the friendliness of the staff. The staff is absolutely wonderful.

It is pricey. There was people smoking dope inside rooms which expanded into the hall. The owner took care to look into it. Overall, I really enjoyed the staff, and the room was nice too. But outside there was lots of cops visiting.

The staff was understanding and accommodating. The condition of the room was so poor that we checked out and didn't stay. The single redeeming quality of the property was the night manager and the other staff members that helped me.

The very disappointing condition of one of the two rooms that we reserved. And the overall caliber of the guests. I can not, and will not encourage other guests to stay in this property.

Smelled very strongly of smoke everywhere in the hotel. Cigarette burns in the bedding. Cleanliness overall was very poor in the room.

The beds were so comfortable. A great nights sleep. The rooms were very clean. The bedding had no stains or noticeable bugs.

They advertise breakfast but wasn't serving anything, couldn't get coffee, hot chocolate or even mint tea. The TV remotes didn't work.

Location was nice

The fact that within 10 min of checking in a cockroach fell from ceiling or headboard and landed right next to me The guy at front desk was very rude when putting me in new room. Didn't even offer to refund my money. No sleep thinkinofbugs WANT Refund

Near to my work, relatively cheap

The room appears to be vintage. It didn't have breakfast, no micro oven.

Nothing. This place is disgusting. Drugs are being sold and used in this filthy hotel.

Drugs Filth Everything is sticky. Stained and soiled mattress. I had to leave and sleep in my car.
