The staff.
Quiet. Beds were comfortable clean. Housekeeping was great and was happy to help with extra towels.

Cons -

My room had mold and water in the ice bucket. My bed was disheveled before l touched it. It looked as if someone was there before me and tried to make it up quickly.
No soap or cups in the room. 1 slow elevator. only one wash cloth,
no signage . Pool was closed . No one at front desk on arrival. no shampoo, tub was missing drain plug/mechanism. breakfast gross/ dining room unclean. .No USB plugs in rooms. No convivence stores/restaurants nearby.

Although I made my reservation 4 months in advance, had my written confirmation and checked in at 3:00 p.m. they claimed they did not have my reservation. Offered not help in finding another hotel.
