    Pros +

    • Staff was friendly.
    • Staff attention and professionalism. There was an incident when I arrived; damage to furniture in my room when I arrived. I went to the front desk and told them about it and they more than made it right. I will stay at this hotel again!!
    • It was quiet and welcoming.

    Cons -

    • Pool required a blue wristband worn, pool was ice cold and not enjoyable, housekeeping gave towels but did not take out trash or restock soap or toilet paper. Front desk clerk asked for my room number when I walked up to ask for tp. Breakfast $16.
    • Rooms and common areas dated and in slight disrepair. Because of my rate I was given one of the lower quality rooms available. This seemed a bit unfair as the large hotel was nearly empty and I was staying multiple nights.
    • I woke up itchy, and pool/hot tub closed too early.

    Everything was great.

    It was quiet and welcoming.

The beds were so uncomfortable, $16 a person for breakfast, not very clean ?

Super clean, nice staff, late checkout.

They took a deposit and I have yet to get it back. They ended up charging me accidentally.

The place was incredibly clean, which everyone wants to see, but the front desk staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. They greeted you every time you came and went.

Our room fluctuated between too hot and too cold all night, so you constantly pulled the blankets on and threw them off, making for an uneven night of rest. The thermostat needs to do a better job of regulating a consistent temperature.

There were cobwebs undisturbed behind the toilet the entire time I was there, and there was dirt, dust, and someone else's plastic bottle behind the tv stand / dresser. There was also no light near the full-length mirror.

One staff member, whose name I sadly did not write down, did move us to a quieter location after putting us somewhere completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, that did not make our experience much better.

No enforcement of clearly stated hotel policies regarding quiet hours and room party ban. Hotel was full of poorly chaperoned kids who ran wild all day and night.

The staff was excellent. From the check in process to housekeeping. Made my stay there very enjoyable. Would definitely stay again.

Our room did not have a microwave.

Pretty location, friendly staff, nice pool area.

It wasn¿t a 3.5 star hotel (which it¿s listed as). It wasn¿t awful; just not exceptional. I was on the third floor and could hear every little thing from the floor above me. I was moved to top floor but because it overlooked the pool it was also noisy.

    4Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 10-17-2023

The room was fine, clean and confortable.

The lady at front desk in our arrival was so mean, she mocked us. Breakfast is not included. Hotel offers $20 per room for breakfast. We consume less than that, however they charged us that bill.

    Everything!

My boyfriend went to the bar and restaurant to get coffee and was told that they had just poured it out and will not be making more. That bother me.

We did the deal that selects a random 3.5 star hotel for a cheaper rate and we couldn't be happier. The room was gorgeous and cozy. The hotel was very clean and the pool was especially large. Everyone was very kind and overall it was a great time.

The hotel is near the freeway and pretty far from the city of Kalamazoo, but it's not too big a deal.

    It¿s got nice pool area

No coffee pot in lobby in the morning only the 2 make it yourself ones in the room

    Location. Staff.

Older Hotel Property, Rooms, however, the hotel and stay was fine.

I have stayed several times for work. The staff takes complete care of you. I can¿t say enough about all the staff. Front desk always greets with a smile, bar and restaurant will call you by name after a couple of days, housekeeping doesn¿t miss a thing

    No, always an enjoyable stay.

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 10-1-2022

It was available at a busy time of year. Staff was good.

The room looked well used and not kept at a high standard. We felt the bed and comforter should have already been replaced. It was just fair.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-13-2022

Staff at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The room was nice and the shower had excellent water pressure and had very hot water. The pool was very nice as I got the room for my nieces and nephew to go swimming. Great hotel for families.

Bathtub was little slow to drain.
