Fairfield Inn Kalamazoo West

Staff was amazing! Everyone was so kind.

Wish it had a hot tub but I knew that going in. Also, breakfast was okay but the instant eggs are terrible

The staff is extremely courteous and every stay and that has been numerous stays.

Parking accommondations for a car trailor.

The staff is very attentive and courteous. Night shift desk clerk offered each of us a bottle of water when we returned to the hotel one night.

The carpet in our first floor room needs to be replaced. The carpet tiles were frayed and torn on the edges and the shower needs resurfaced, but everything was clean.

The landscaping was filled with weeds and cracks in the asphalt - this was quite telling when I pulled up. There was mold in the shower and toenail clippings around the trash can

Right off highway

Lighting in room was too dim, TV in front of bed too low to watch while in bed

There was nothing I liked

The rooms wasn't very clean stains on the sheets staff not friendly over priced say hot breakfast only bread eggs an turkey bacon yuk very Nasty will never go back

Modern clean property. Good amenities. Convenient location.

The quality of the breakfast has declined in recent times. Otherwise fine.

Bed was comfortable.

Could¿ve been more clean. Room in desperate need of updating

The carpet in the room was so filthy my socks were black I had to wear my shoes every second. Told the manager they did nothing!! Threw my black socks away. The hole experience was horrible and after reported nothing done!

Close to the highway.

Appeared run down by Marriott standards. I arrived before check in time and asked about checking in early. Clerk made it seem like a terrible inconvenience-i was put in a room with plywood over the window. My card was charged for a room; room was prepaid

Price

Staff was nice but did not seem professional Wasn¿t sure if there was a homeless guy living out of his car who also was using the pool area to shower? For $35 more per night it¿s worth staying somewhere else

Rooms are nice clean and a good size. Staff is great and keep place secure.Great value!

Clean and had all the amenities we needed.

The hotel is next to the highway and the sound proofing is lacking. It felt like the highway was coming through our room. There is also a train that is nearby.

Location and free breakfast

It was pretty loud, small room, not great shower

Close to the highway, very nice room, large shower, super clean room, heated pool, nice hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, etc. Best price on this date with hot breakfast and pool.

No hot tub, pool looked lovely but as I was hanging on to the outside edge of the pool, I noted it need a good sweep. I left after seeming an ant but I¿d totally go back regardless.

I was pleasantly surprised... Staff is awesome, very friendly. Room was a little better than I expected. ¿Felt¿ clean, which is kind of a big deal in this area. Workout room was open, and clean, which was a plus... especially these days.

Not really... I was relieved at the quality, and enjoyed my stay.

Friendly staffs

The front desk people didn¿t give me the correct price for deposit. They was unsure of out of county dep.

Easy and quick check in and out.

The gym was hot and smelled and there was not much equipment. I decided just not to use it.

Our original room had an air-conditioner that wasn’t working properly. The staff very quickly got us into a new room. They were very accommodating

Hotel has an inside pool and free breakfast staff are friendly

Overall it was OK hotel can’t complain will go again
