Friendly staff and convenient location

The security bar on the door was broken. The chair in the room was extremely stained. Doors opened and closed all night long and woke me up. The last day I found a bedbug on the spare bed.

The hotel is infested with cockroaches, two hotel rooms both the same

Nothing, our room had cockroaches and so did the lobby, right next to where the serve their "continental breakfast".

Everything, the hotel is infested with cockroaches, I notified the health department and didn't even stay the whole night

Changed date to September 18

Cancelled on September 16 by calling hotel

Unclean with 2 roaches and flies seen in the bathroom, black something painted over above the shower. Hair, dust and crumbs behind the piece of furniture between beds.

Not very clean and old fixtures in the room carpet smelled like old pet litter

There were roaches in the room. I was surprised being it was a Quality Inn.

Person at desk was nice, cleaner than some of the motels in the area, free breakfast

Stained sheets, not good smell, saw cockroach run behind juice machine on breakfast counter

Yes water pressure on hot tub was low took a hour plus to fill changed my room 3 times before checkin, had roaches and bugs in room, refused to refund me

Have a service animal but the proprietor refused to accept my paperwork which I don't believe he was even supposed to be demanding. So he charged me a pet a added to the room charge regardless of the fact that she is my service animal.

We chose it for it's proximity to the Wings Event center.

The subject is dated and appears to be dirty. The toilet paper holder was broken. My cousins room had the laminate flooring and it was sticky.

Bed was super soft. Black-out curtains were 100%. Pool was very clean.

Black-out curtains were so good we missed breakfast. They boasted of having a spa. They had NO SPA.

The moment we left

Black mold in bathroom. Water dripping from ceiling. Black mold around heat/ac unit

First room had the shower knob missing so I couldn't turn on the shower. Second room had roaches and they told me that they couldn't do anything about it! Not even saying sorry or anything, I paid $--- for this room, worst experience in a long long time.

I was not aware that they were going to ask for a deposit when I got there. We weren't able to stay. I had made the reservation to recover after being in the hospital and had to barrow the money from my son. I have been trying for days to get my refund

It was very clean

The toilet need an update, didn't flush right, one time you had to hold the handle, next time it was something else

As I opened the door to my room, I was taken back with the smell of mildew. I literally had to go get a bottle of bleach and wipe things down that had mold on them. I was grateful to have a roof over my head however I won?t stay here again.

I presume the bed linen had been washed... they were grossly stained! The bathroom built up filth was appalling yet clearly the cockroaches felt right at home!
