False advertising on outdoor pool and and whirlpool. Mold in bathroom. Water dmg on ceiling. Potholes in parking lot. Blood on scratched headboards.

convenient location in regard to where our baseball fields were located. I really enjoyed that my room smelled clean when we got there and not musty.

just needs some updating. headboards were peeling, wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling. I would recommend limiting individuals with animals to the first floor only. We had dogs barking on both sides of our room.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The woman behind the desk was extremely nice.

The hotel was extremely clean. However, I don?t understand why the headboard was completely ripped to shreds. It was some type of vinyl and it is worn out. When I woke up, there were a little pieces of the vinyl all over my pillow and in my hair.

It was the same hotel my daughter was staying in for a skating competition.

The room needs to be updated. The couch was old and soft and every cushion had tears in it. The beds were soft and sagging in the middle. The headboards were flaking. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off at the top.

It's dated--needs upgrades, the fitness center didn't match what was advertised online, and old gum or something like that on the carpet.

The evening front desk staff is AMAZING! The young man that checked us in is GREAT! Love that coffee/tea is available all the time.

Breakfast could use a little work. Protein options were not great.

The room was run down. Torn furniture, cracked tiles, peeling wallpaper. Breakfast was powdered eggs and hockey sausages, inedible. Coffee in the room was ok. Coffee in lobby was cold and bitter. TV showed 12 channels, only 6 came in, no network tv or pop

I told you already the only reason I booked this room was because there was supposed to be a hot tub in the swimming pool area. Your website promised one. There was no hot tub. I made your people aware of this and was treated with suspicion.

The tub for a shower was quite scary. Very narrow an d rounded hard to feel stable while showering.

Hotel was in a convenient location for what we needed.

Cost was not equal to quality. The room was dated. Everything worked. The mattress was ok, but a little saggy. The lamp shades were all crooked and dusty, but easy to straighten. Sheets were comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Struggled to find parking.

Yes, hotel room needs to be upgraded to meet the price of the spa bath room. There was what appeared to be mold on the shower.

They were so accommodating to our family that was gathered for my mom¿s funeral. We were able to sit togeter in the lobby and talk and laugh together. The manager even offered use the use of the meeting room. Kudos to the staff.

The pool and spa were not open. But only a minor , minor issue this weekend. It just would have been fun.

I reserved my room over a week ahead of time I called and inquired about the pool then. When I checked in I was informed the pool was closed. The whole reason I stayed there was for the pool

Staff was rude and unhelpful, rooms are NOT what is listed. Mold, and grime everywhere. Headboards ripped up. Dark and depressing. For a Hilton I¿m SO disappointed. Save your money bc they won¿t refund you anything, and they admit the photos are not vaild

Room was nice and big, I booked a suite. Well worth the extra $10. The staff here was Amazing! I bumped into the hotel manager during breakfast while he was mopping the floor. He explained all he was doing to get the hotel back to standard.

Description stated that there was a whirlpool. There is a whirlpool BUT is has been broken for over 3 YEARS! New manager has spent over $4000 trying to repair it but it's still not working. Had I known it was out of order I would have booked elsewhere.

When we got to the hotel at 9 pm during a severe thunderstorm. There were NO ROOMS available. We had to schedule our own room at the "next" hotel. Due to the rush, we accidentally pushing the wrong directions link, we ended up...long story-not a good one.
