Not a damn thing

It was the very dirty like they're getting to raze it. Also had to get the key to my room recharged because for it was deleted. Also the morning after the first night the maid came knocking on the door telling me that I had to check out at 11AM. 😡

Staff was not friendly, room smelled awful and when we pulled the sofa bed out there was a bunch of trash in it

How quick and easy it was to check in

The roof leaked in the bathroom and they're was trash all over the outside of the hotel.

The staff could barely speak English. All of the parts for The coffee pot were not in the room. I called front desk and was told that the part would be sent up. hour passed, I went to front desk obvious they had no intent to send part. Drain stopped

accommodation from check in manager was efficient quick and there was no security deposit which sometimes is always is mandatory at every hotel

Building needs to be painted and a new sign needs to be installed

The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the pool was open and at a good temperature, and the breakfast spread each morning was great

Our mini fridge made a loud noise and we would have preferred to have had the option to have more ventilation in our room; all we had was the option of heat so it felt a little stuffy sometimes

Clean room

A staff member that lost my reservation after I had already checked in. He didn't seem concerned that I was locked out of my room and I almost had to call the police to get back in.

Was asked to pay a parking fee when the 2 customers before us, and a friend staying at the same hotel at the same time was not asked to pay a parking fee. The elevator was out of order. The pool wasn't clean. The furniture is broken.

The room smelled like dirty old carpet. There were nats flying around. Towels wasn't really clean.

We didnt see any signs of bed bugs, but other than that I dont have anything good to say.

Staff immediately on arrival was not very friendly, some gang member looking guests were hanging out around the entrance smoking. Hotel was very dirty, room was dirty. Breakfast was terrible!

Hampton Inns are overall excellent. Always seem to have a no issue stay, with a reasonable price.

Has the feel of a nicer hotel. Breakfast is pretty decent. Side doors at the end of the halls with room key accel

No refrigerator in my room. Only half the window had a curtain. Used the chair and some clothes to cover it a bit as to not flash anybody while getting dressed. The batteries in the tv remote were dead.

The room was not as clean as I¿d hope for the price we paid. My children¿s and my feet were completely black after walking barefoot around the room. Simply filthy :( the room and hotel were also very damp and warm. It also smelled of smoke near all doors.

They made it easy to get checked in however 2 times in 5 days we came in late at night to an cleaned room. No fresh towels or trash emptied! Horrible communication with mgmt and cleaning staff. Breakfast bar and staff were the best about the whole stay!

The hotel was dirty and in disrepair. My room had stained furniture and crumbs everywhere. Mold in the caulk of the tub and the smoke alarm had a plastic bag tied over it. No soap or shampoo in the room. There were two half used bottles of lotion provided

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I¿d get a refund if I could. It was dirty, I took pictures. There was a blood spot on one bed, two food stains on the other bed. A sticky spot from something that spilled on the night stand. Staff was very ru

The pool area was clean

There were stink bugs everywhere in our room dead and alive. When I said something about it they said yea a lot of guest are having that problem and only offered to switch rooms after saying they didn¿t have house keeping on shift and had an attitude.

Extremely noisy. Doors banging and unsupervised children running around the halls all night.

The staff at this Hampton in were amazing!! We checked in during a snow storm right before Christmas and they got me into the room early!! On Christmas Day we had a small family breakfast in the lounge and everyone was great!! Thank you!!
