only one towel in bathroom, no cups, pop machine was sold outm candy machine mostly empty. The bedspread worn with holes and the clerk was talking on phone when we entered and disappeared after that.

It allowed me to take pet.

Could not turn heat on. slept in clothes to stay warm. May God bless you.

I did not like anything. The only nice person who laughed as soon as I got there was the manager/owner and the employees did nothing that she told them they had to do.

Everything the staff and they had breakfast but they only did it for two hours. They ended at 8 o?clock with breakfast knowing that most people at motels do not get up until about eight and other motels do breakfast until nine.

Everything. The staff was rude and obnoxious, the room was filthy and had bed bugs, the breakfast was inedible, and the water wasn't even hot enough to take a shower in.

It was very smelly. Like a mix of cigarettes and marijuana. There was no smoke alarm in the room. The towels were yellow and stained. There was a coffee machine but no coffee or cups. There was no breakfast or coffee as promised. The staff were very rude.

This hotel is awful.

The TV was broke the microwave was broke Terrible room service garbage all outside overflowing

As soon as we arrived we were charged an additional $110, $50 for deposit & $60 because we "had children." Nonsense.

Location that was all. It was an extremely bad experience.

The employees discriminated against my disabilities and my service dog. They were trying to deny me lodging due to my service dog. I even provided them with a ADA laws card and they refused to look at the laws and my rights.

Everything. Staff trespassed us for complaining about US cleaning the moldy bug covered room.

The location was the only thing

Dirty room. Brown stained towels. Mold on the shower ceiling. Way too strong cleaner smell obviously to cover the actual odor. Room was in disrepair. Staff was nowhere to be found on checkout. Another dissatisfied customer and I waited 15 min.

Nothing and the staff is disrespectful and all in your business. I got dropped off from work and the lady come speeding in the parking lot questioning me about who it was.

This facility is extremely dirty and barely offers the basic amenities you would expect. The staff was not helpful and was only concerned about asking if we had any pets. There was no basic breakfast offered. STAY AWAY!

It's location and price are what I liked best about this hotel.

The fact that they charge a security deposit on top of your reservation price and don't tell you this until you arrive.

The heater worked.

Room was dirty with no towels;I had to doordash one. Remote had no batteries. Room was a single bed instead of dbl bed I booked. Staff would vacuum around the clock. Bfast was bread, juice, milk. Room fridge broken. Chair broken. No deposit back.
