Cleanliness was top notch. Nice to walk into a room that was lovely. And the pillows were amazing and comfy.

We waited to check in (no one at front desk) for almost 20 minutes, and there was another guest waiting ahead of us that had been waiting even longer.

There was no pool I thought there was my mistake. Even though it was clean, it was pretty basic and dated.

Floor was dirty in room still had Cheetos on floor from previous booking

The room was ice cold and the tub didnt drain and there wasnt anything really for breakfast and they closed it early. We ll be staying at the Holiday Inn Express.

I have used COMFORT INNs for the past 30 years while traveling cross country, I am never disappointed as I know what to expect, great rooms, great service, polite staff and a warm breakfast in the morning.

The breakfast timings are up to 10AM which gives ample time to get ready and have breakfast unlike other hotels where brekfast is closed by 9/9:30

It seems very outdated. The furniture in the room specially the chairs were all dirty and seems to have some kind of grime or dust accumulated over the years. We did not sit on any of these even once.The cooling/heating system is also very outdated.

I was sure I booked a suite and was told it wasn¿t and spent our few days a little cramped but room wasn¿t bad just very undersized for what we were looking for

Convenience to event!

One bathroom light was out and another of the three very dim. Did not like the charge of $60.00 added to the bill and told that it would be refunded in a couple of days. Had to call and was told it would take three to sevem business days!

Our room had all the necessities and then some like safe, frig, coffee maker etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast area is spacious, bright, and well stocked.

We like that it was located very close to where we wanted to visit. It is off te road just enough (BIG parking lot) that there is zero road noise.

The only thing that would have been nice, but wasn't an inconvenience, would have been a box fan in the room for sleep/white noise.

We checked into the hotel at night. The front desk clerk was friendly and was able to get us checked in fast. Our room was spacious and very clean. The continental breakfast was free and fulfilling.

The free breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs and sausage were a step up from the normal breakfast fare

We were not told that there was a charge put on our credit card for $150 in case of incidentals and we received a call from our credit fraud protection and we had no idea why this charge was on our account. And bed was hard.

Clean. Wifi worked.

No restaurants within walking distance (an issue because wemweremtravelling by motorcycle)

The grout in the bathroom was really really dirty. The rest of the room was clean and the staff was nice. Also, they did not have a pool.

Quite, clean rooms. Hot water with good pressure. Kind and courtious staff.

Rental dvd player had bad sound hum in certin parts of each movie.
