Hampton Inn & Suites Howell

The first room we had was infested with ants. The second room we had to move too had stains in the sheets and blood on the door…: not ideal when traveling with a toddler

Hotel employee at the front desk went above and beyond to satiafy me when a noisy neighbor issue arose.

The breakfast was hot and had a variety of options

Room had a funny odor which no amount of spray could get rid of. Sink was clogged which they took care of. There was stomping all day from floor above.

The kids loved the indoor pool. Cleanliness

Did not offer gluten free options except for eggs. Note said to let them know if you have food preferences. We didn't do that, but typically hotels have a meat option. The only meat option was a meat gravy, that didn't work for our gluten free diets.

TV. No paper channel guide and nothing on the TV itself. May sound petty but reception and info to find a channel we¿re both bad.

New and very clean, no issues at all and has a decent breakfast. Biggest perk you can walk to Tim Hortons!

Hallways and stairwells were super hot but that¿s not a big deal

The staff was very helpful, kind and always smiling! The breakfast was fresh. Everything about the atmosphere was perfect. Very clean and safe! I would absolutely stay there again!

Was very well located. Only 10 minutes from family!! Had great breakfast bar!! Staff very friendly. Great place to stay.

Easy location to access. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Staff was friendly and super accommodating. I had to change rooms once I got there and the front desk staff was very nice in helping me do the last minute change.

I'VE BEEN STAYING THERE FOR 2 YRS IN THE WINTER, USEING THE SAME COMPANY CREDIT CARD AND LAST NIGHT FOR THE FIRST TIME TAMARA (the manager) TOLD ME I COULDNT USE IT BECAUSE OF FRAUD ???? IF I WAS USEING THE COMPANY CARD FOR 2 YRS AND IT WAS FRAUD I'M SURE IT WOULD OF BEEN REPORTED. SO THANK GOD I HAD MY DEBIT CARD OR I WOULD OF BEEN DRIVING 70 MILES HOME.

Hotel was quiet so slept well. Beds & pillows were comfy.Our toilet didnt flush properly so that was annoying, inconvenient but we survived

Quality of food was just ok, nice facility, room was great and bed comfortable.

Noise from people above us, drain in sink was super slow,shower was a little dirty and soap dispenser ran out. Nothing horrible .
