- Dirty and stinky
- Everything. They used stock images from their franchise but it looked nothing like the room. The entire hotel and room were entirely trashed with nails sticking out, blood stains on the walls, the pool was awful, and staff did not do their jobs.
- Customer service. They cancel my 3 day reservation and booked me another for a one night stay and wouldn?t honor or comp me a room for their mistake. The employee was under the influence and i believe that?s why my reservation was cancelled.
