My room had water on bathroom floor when I got in late at night. Te ceiling had red cool aid over it or something. The vents were filthy. The floors were sticky, I kept my shoes on walking around.

Coffee was hot

There were many issues with our stay, mostly were related to the condition. The public bathroom was disgusting, with a very dirty floor and hair all over. The room was so worn. The bathtub finish was almost completely worn. I would never stay again.

The staff was very polite and professional. However, the room did not meet the expectations based on an 8 star rating. The tub was stained. The floor behind the toilet was stained/dirty. The baseboard underneath the sink/refrigerator area had mold.

Window was actually broken apart. Bed mattress was not the best. Pillows were broken down.

Loved the location

Just trying to check out took a bit longer. There wasn't a drop box or an employee present at checkout

starting at the check in area, the girl was extremely helpful to give directions for my quilt show. the room was extremely clean, when i returned for the night the two gents gave me directions to get back home, breakfast was great, had waffles you made.

Location

Noisy, Nowhere to sit except bed or desk chair, would like TV in dining area. No kleenex in the room. Lobby desk with no one at it at times I needed someone.

The Tv's and all the channels to choose from.

They did not tell me the A/C was not working in my room.I was very uncomfortable!Especially at night.Not even the fan was working.I slept terribly and they really didn't care.I will never go back there.

I was double charged. Still waiting to get money back. They also charged me for early check in when I told them I would wait and check in later.
