a worker at the front desk, she helped me immensely. My 18 year old son was there for a tournament with his coach and another player. She made sure to have them close to each other until my arrival.

Yes, I am a gold Hilton honors member and didn?t get to check out an hour later, dissatisfied!!!!

the pool needed updating. The paint was peeling off the side and floor of tgr pool. Pool pictures were misleading

I did not get the style of room that I paid for. I paid for an executive king and got a double queen instead. Whomever we talked to after booking did not put us next to/adjoining with our friends like they said they had.

Nice breakfast and the buffet assistant was extremely friendly !

Hotel staff could not tell anything about the area or distance airport . Shuttle from airport is $50+tip

I tried to extend my stay, I was told I would need to move rooms and pay $31 more than my original rate because it was originally a third-party booking. Additionally, the breakfast was very basic and not on par with other nearby properties

Staff called nearby hotel and we were allowed to use their pool.

Pool was under maintenance.

Room

Breakfast poor. No juice machine or juice. Waffle maker broken. Left a new carpet runner at entrance of room. Called that day. They called back next day and say they didn't have it. Somebody took it. Just bought that day. No resolution.

quiet. Nice bed. Better than the usual chain hotel hot breakfast.

Grossed out by the microwave oven tray that hadn't been cleaned.

I booked a king room, and upon check in they didn?t have any left?? Air unit didn?t work in the room

Absolutely abysmal customer service. Agents would not let us check in. Made us wait almost two hours. Refused to give a room in spite of giving all information including the confirmation number.  hotel employee like employee who then stormed off and left.

The front desk staff was so helpful and awesome.

I know it's hard to find good help, but they need to hire a new cleaning staff. There was hair all all over the bathroom floor and in the tub. The toilet wasn't clean in the 2nd room I switched to, and there were whiskers in the sink & hair in the tub.

Clean room and hotel seemed well managed.

Pool was closed for repair. Understandable but disappointing, and there was nothing it on the website.

Location was great, hotel was in great condition, and staff was really friendly.

The breakfast was Terrible! By 8am they ran out of eggs, potatoes and sausage....and we used the last of the waffle mix. It took until about 9am to get more waffle mix and by 9:10 we left and there still was no more egg, potatoes or waffle!

Once the issues were resolved, the hotel was just like any other that we've stayed at (with the chain). Decent breakfast, nice staff, clean rooms.

Our first reserved room was not clean. Our replacement room had a broken compressor for the air conditioner. Our replacement replacement room was fine - and they complimented it with free water and snacks. The hotel is also looking fairly dated and worn.

The king suite is very spacious and clean, furnished with a comfortable bed and chairs. We keep coming back, because it's convenient to also have a table, mini-fridge, and microwave. Staff is friendly. Breakfast selection was nice.

The sink leaked around the faucet when turned on. The tv was hard to get to work and limited in channels in the main room. Also, wish there was a spa/hot-tub as part of the pool area. Also, they ran out of spoons at the breakfast.
