Quality Inn Grand Rapids South-Byron Center

The lady who checked me in was delightful. All staff were nice.

Very poorly cleaned. Trash on floors near bed. Bathrooms very small and poorly designed. Unclean. Floors were disgusting. Remote grimy.

The employees were very nice.

There was an overall smell in the hotel that was unpleasant. We had to switch rooms because the first one smelled so strongly of smoke. There was noticable smell of marijuana in the lobby area. Repairs are needed in rooms, hole in bathroom wall.Very dated

You have to pay for a bottle of water even when you want it to drink with the breakfast

The window didn't have a lock on it even though it was on 2nd floor it was concerning

Older hotel that has been renovated. Floor in bathroom was soft. Seems like some water damage.

Poorly maintained, old, dirty, fingerprints on headboard, run down.

Bedding was dirty, pool was very cloudy staff was very rude. Charged me 20 nuck for pillow that I never had in my room amd thought I took. Not happy will not go back to this hitel

Nice new breakfast/lobby areas.

Really need to stop the people from drinking beer in the pool and hot tub.

Super clean spacious room and amenities plus an excellent breakfast bar.

The shower had lots of water pressure.

There was parting going in the hallway all night. When we first walked in all u could smell was weed.

There were people sleeping in their vehicle in the parking lot. Police harassing the guests.

It was clean and quiet. It's next to highway but quiet. Housekeeping comes every day and asks if you need anything. You can have your pet. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good. The bed was clean and comfortable.

The charge per day for pet is ridiculous. The towels are old and worn. You go through the hand towels pretty quick because they are worn. But for the most part pretty minor.

Great hotel! The staff, room and breakfast were amazing! Very clean room...the front desk staff and housekeeping were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and there were many choices. Plus the water pressure in the shower was amazing! A+

Close to where I was going

Dirty room. Bathroom door wouldn?t close Random people sleeping in cars in the parking lot

Weed smell so overwhelming. People banging on walls until 2am & our window to the outside wouldn?t close and lock. Not real safe.

although didn't use the pool area was clean and convenient as well as breakfast area clean and convenient. Hallways and outside areas we well kept.
